I would recommend to still go with dual band router rather than a single band routers even if one has low speed plans as they have many more advantages than just internet speed like most dual band routers are more power full than single band routers also they provide better latancy in network and also data sharing between devices within the network will be much faster than single band routers.

Main v soch raha hun ki single band hi lun cause 3 mobile and 1 laptop connect rahega and mera plan 80Mbps ka hain so it will be enough
