Baofeng BF-H6 to be precise. Same radio... Also same shell as the DMR 1805 from Baofeng. Good radio although don't like the backlight settings...good video
Thanks for the similar radio information. I still use this radio, and it's still works like new. I've had no issues with it at all. The backlight is, however, a pain.

Does the dual watch functionality receive 2 vhf stations at the same time, or does it simply check one of the stations every few seconds like other baofengs?
Yes, it does. When transmitting, make sure the side display arrow is pointing at the frequency you want to transmit on. I sometimes, don’t take my own advice.

I don't own the F8HP, but I know that GA-510 has been an excellent radio for me. Pick which one has the features you like. Just be sure to get an original, not a knockoff. 👍🏼
I just bought one of these Radioddity GA-510, two actually because I had to send the first one back to Amazon because it had a Cracked LCD Screen right out of the Box! BAD Quality Control in China before shipping, Radioddity!! The second one was perfect. I bought it for three reasons: 1) 10 Freakin' Watts!! [I tested it with a SureCom SW-33 and it DOES in VHF, 6W in UHF] 2) Most FAIR and legit HAM reviewers liked it and it has feature settings others DON'T and 3) I have a Radioddity DB20-G vehicle mobile and love it. ...... But here is the BAD: 1) the WHITE backlit LCD Display IS TOO BRIGHT, it WILL BLIND YOU in low light and evenings and there are NO Dimming Settings!! BAD BAD BAD Radioddity! 2) You CANNOT change Narrow Band to Wide (they call it "Width", Dumb!) band when you are in Channel Mode, try it and the radio menu "cancels" you! You can change Narrow to Wide in Freq Mode, but when you switch back to Channel Mode it goes back to Narrow! Hey Radioddity, MOST of North American HAM use WIDE MODE!! - Otherwise, NO other complaints, fidelity is amazing, incredible range thanks to 10 watts, clean frequency spectrums (I tested it with an Oscilloscope). FIX THOSE TWO PROBLEMS, Radioddity and you have a HAM Handi-talkie that's as fine as a Yaesu handheld.

I just got mine yesterday. It works fine. I haven’t figure out how to get it to scan through the frequencies.
I've never used the scanning function. We have a limited amount of repeaters here, and most of the club members spend their time on the same one.

Mine had a crystal clear screen and doesnt get hot on high..i leave mine on high all the time. I need all the power i can get but i use a mic.
