These no4 Ts are the holy grail of the lee Enfields...I have a exact copy with a repro scope, repro mount, repro cheek rest, and it shoots and looks authentic...But its still a reproduction No4 T. Canada
The rifle is great to shoot, I've been after one for a while. Just need to get some practice with it now. I think an accuracy international AX will make an ideal companion for it.
You need to learn how use bolt action rifle without changing position feom shoulder ! Why this strong man westing his time to cgange position while using Bolt ?
I agree with what you saying, I manage to shoot my Accuracy International rifle just fine and maintain proper cheek weld between shots, however the No4T does not have any form of adjustment both in stock or scope. If I lay in the prone position with a good sight picture through the scope, take a shot and cycle the bolt, it contacts my face, therefore breaking cheek weld. So the rifle comes out of the shoulder between shots, here I’m shooting on a field firing area, not a gallery range, so I’m not looking at grouping but simply picking targets using my eyeballs not the scope to shoot at next. What I’m doing here is having a good time plinking at targets from 100-900yds. Next time you take your No4T out, try prone position with good sight picture and cycle the bolt, let me know how you get on.
Please enlighten reference shooting an Enfield properly, I tried maintaining cheek weld between shots but the bolt will contact my face. What is shocking?
An absolutely beautiful rifle. Us brits need a lee Enfield or else we can't say we're gun guys. A brilliant piece of history.
What a magnificent rifle.
Nice piece of history I'd like to think

Unless you want collector bragging rights, have one that shoots.

Considering adding the scope to my 1942 Longbranch No. 4 MK 1*. How do you like it?
I have the same gun...been thinking the same thing but I'm afraid of drilling and tapping the receiver in the wrong spots.
Hello
what scope mount did you go with?
The scope and mount are original, comes with its own tin too when not in use .
