Great cinematography, well use of the environment, over all it's epic! I have never seen anyone make a GTA 5 video as close as good as this. Hoping to see more. Keep up the good work! 🙂👍
you all prolly dont care at all but does someone know a trick to get back into an Instagram account?
I was dumb forgot the account password. I would love any help you can offer me.
@Dorian Crosby i really appreciate your reply. I found the site on google and im in the hacking process now.
Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@Dorian Crosby It did the trick and I now got access to my account again. I am so happy!
Thank you so much, you saved my ass !
Wow man this is awesome ,
you chose great camera angles for your scenes and the video turned out great.
keep up the good work .
i am just starting with gta gonna give the rockstar editor a shot :)
absolutely amazing. ending was a little unexpected but camera angles, effects, props, storyline and soundtrack makes the film very worthwhile. well done ;)
+Monkeypolice188 Thank you very much! I would have done the ending differently but because I couldn't find the right animation I couldn't frame it properly and so did it off-screen making it somewhat a jumpscare lol
Great work!
Really enjoyed every minute of this. The cinematography was excellent.

Dude, what I really like is that you take your time with the pacing and action. Really great eye for what makes a cinematic experience. I'ma sub :)
+RisingJake Wow, that really means a lot coming from you, RJ. Love your videos, thanks for the sub!
"Yestaday, I saw a truck big enough to haul that tankah. If you wanna get outta here, ya talk to me.."
I really loved this video, everything was well laid out. The stunts you conducted were also quite surprising and, for me, are definitely some of the best in a GTA V Machinima yet.
Keep it up! =)
Best one I've ever seen. This is incredible. Perfect mixture of Mad Max and Death Race.
I feel like i just watched an episode of the walking dead that was so well made
This is insanely well done
this is really well done. great job. i dont normally sub to smaller channels but you've got my sub. i look forward to more of these
Grande video
wow. this was absolutely stellar. fantastic job buddy.
bro you should continue this storyline. Great film btw.
Very well done.
amazing just amazing! great vid loved every sec of it keep them coming! one of the best gta v series i ever watched!
Been working with SFM but just discovered the Rockstar editor. Amazing work! If I could achieve a fraction of this quality I'd be happy.
That was awesome. The first 6 mins were a bit slow but the cinematic quality was outstanding. ( loved the eye to eye with the buck. )
Once the chase got under way you had great camera Angles and blockbuster action. (The 180 to slow mo, truck barrel roll ending in the power slide back to forward.)
And although there was so many scenes that could call for dialogue you didn't mess it up by half ass trying like most short film directors.
👍👍2 thumbs up
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 star effort.
fucking amazing
enjoyed every minute you are definitely talented bro
Thanks! I'm honestly not sure, mods and such allowed me to do most of the things here, even the long distance shots would be difficult to do without mods, so probably not :/
But its more so how you use the tools, I'm sure you can still create a high quality video without any mods.
All your films are amazing! Please make more

but incredible vid

+webslingercj Thanks man for the feedback! I couldn't find the right music to fit the mood I was going for unfortunately, so I stuck to just ambience.

Looking for more GTA 5 michinimas around this quality. I subbed here, but can you recommend any channels you go to for watching others videos? I have been looking for a while now, and after I found your channel, I watched every video you made including the ARMA videos. Your work is solid, and looks well planned. Did you have a few friends choreograph the scenes with you as the other actors? They did a great job if so. Looking forward to seeing more.
Thanks man! All my videos are choreographed by me, I would like to get some friends on to help but I can never get enough at the one time to make it worth while. Plus I always change about and rerecord so don't want to bother them either if you know what I mean haha.
Channels I recommend: Duggy (Great mix of funny videos, and a great zombie series), RisingJake (Great action work), Nucky (Great action series; Traffickers) and Evan Royalty (Great story driven videos).
You controlled them all? I didn't know you could do that haha! I am exploring the XB1 GTA 5 editor currently. Just editing while playing the story mode a few scenes to practice it. What I really would like to learn is how to make or get the music like what you use. I am all about the atmospheric, mood setting, emotionally provoking sounds. symphonic and electronic. How do you edit your music if you don't mind me asking? Oh and thank you for the leads on watching more videos!
I'm on PC, so in most of my videos after the Mad Mike one; I have been using mods to get more out of the video, this one was made by me after practicing with the Scene Director mod which I used in Ambush. Its hard, and often frustrating when it doesn't work the way I want it (Animations don't work, the character walks instead of runs), but with that I work around it and most times end up happier with what I got.
In regards to music, I just constantly look for music, that's where I get my inspiration for the videos I make. There hasn't been a video I have made yet, where I knew didn't know what music or theme I was going to use, its basically what I use to structure my direction and "cinematography". Plus watching films all the time help inspire ideas for how certain music fits to a particular action never mind an entire scene.
(It feels weird saying this, because all I do is make videos with video games; not exactly making pure art lol)
I was inspired by this channel and thought I might share my first Rockstar video.
awesome vid!!! ty for up loading!
this should be in cinema :D

Loved it!

I know he was a bad guy but I felt sorry for the injured guy at the end
Really cool bro!
Silent but very strong👍
This was the best
This is amazing!!!!! How did you do it? Mods?
+Vlad Lem Thanks! And yes, check out the description for the list of the mods I used :)
Cool video
20 shots not bad for road warrior
Very cool! Cant wait for a part 3!
Nicely done! :D
Wait what? Is Rockstar Editor different on the PC or something? Opening the trunk, laying by the fire, I've never seen that on PS4. How are you using more than one actor btw? Would really like to know how you did all this :D
Its the mods, they make all the difference. I used mods to control more than one at a time and to apply the animation of lying down. It really helps enhance the video which is great.
absolutely unbelievable!!! 👍
Brillant
Mad Max Fury Road :D
Good video
wow
Perfect use of the mgs 5 ost :D
Epic ... No more said
Good job man, make more my friend
I love👌
Very nice
not bad, really not bad, enjoed watching! many moments was quite cinematographic like in real action movies and i liked very much.
"Crytics": Opinion (personal) for maybe next time/higher level of moment quality: 1)moments where GTA game content looks not so smooth, try to cut sequence there/'change view. 2) give more realistic behavior to characters actions in different situations (12:24 guy wouldn't probably start shooting and saw a car in front, 12:55 guy would probably look around or else (mb just change camera view)). 3) little bit long beginning of film in my opinion.
Any way, that was rly some of best machinima stuff i've seen so far on GTA 5. and i know how much time it probably have taken to make!!!
Great job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111!!1

Awsome flik bro !!!
Hey,
I just wanted to say that this was quite enjoyable, well at least towards the end. I really thought that you could have cut down the first bit of the story by a lot. You have great cinematography and pretty decent editing once michael reaches the gas station. I just think that you could have cut down everything before hand by a lot, or could have added in more story, sound, dialogue, or music in order to make it interesting. Having silence does work, but not when there is a complete lack of appearance from other parts of the piece. I wouldn't mind that beginning bit, if we either had more voice over that was slightly vague but interesting, or just dialogue. Showing more noticeable bits of post-apocalyptic society such as bodies or characters being really desperate would have also helped early on. You have great potential in being a stylish Director of Photography, now all you need to do is sharpen your scriptwriting and editing skills. Me and a couple of guys are a part of a machinima/gaming community called JSG and we are looking forward to working with like minded machinima directors. We have a guy who's pretty good at developing scripts and editing, so if you want to get a little more insight, talk with others, or want to try to find some body or voice actors, let me know so I can send you a discord link to our channel.
From,
JLStudios, a fellow machinima director.
+JLStudios Thanks for the feedback and the offer! But I'm good I'm still just making these for fun, if people are enjoying them then I'm happy. In regards to voices, I find they cheapen the video because of the quality, I don't have a great mic so the voice would come out pretty shitty. I agree with the noticeable post-apocalyptic parts, I hope to emphasize that in the next one if I make one. Thanks for the comment, good luck with the channel!
Just so you know, we make our machinimas for fun too xD. We don't expect to become youtube famous anytime soon either. I respect your decision, and you may be better off by working by yourself first. The offer still stands, so when you feel interested in accepting the invite, let me know. Also for voiced dialogue, you do not need to voice, you can ask others to do it for you.
Shit, that was great.
OMG😍
Hell yeah .this is what i like..
you should make a series based on that and have a dramatic ending
This is a series, this is the second installment. The first installment is called Ambush. There maybe a third but we'll see...
Fucking great, how do you make such good videos?
next one next one.... it was so good
For me this is still up there as one of the greatest GTA V machinimas ever created
