  • It started with a collection - and now, an award!🏆
👨‍🍳 Celebrity chef Anton Mosimann, whose personal collection of ancient cookbooks, mementos, and recipes is on display at our Le Bouveret campus, has always inspired students and faculty alike at Culinary Arts Academy, and now, this special relationship between the school and the chef has been formally recognized.
Last month, Yong Shen, CEO of Swiss Education Group, bestowed the title of honorary dean upon Chef Mosimann, in the presence of representatives from the Canton of Valais, and various industry partners, such as Nestlé Professional, Ginox Swiss Kitchen, and MANE.
    Hats off to Chef Mosimann!👏

I worked in his restaurant/club in the early 90's not long after it opened.
Mosimann was far more interested in the celebrity than the cooking and it showed.
He had a head chef named Ray Neve who had zero ability to handle the stress of a busy kitchen.
A very much overrated chef who's food did not live up to his legend.
