      I was also a member for 4 years and with pain in my heart I canceled the subscription. and I think a lot of people do this

    the last 3 boxes I had all had the Avant skincare sleeping mask. (my subscription was on hold august sept). Its a nice product, but it annoys me because they claim that their box has a high price point and they give me the same “high value” item and then some other things. I didn’t get a subscription box to have the same each month.

      I think so too, you subscribe to a beauty box to discover new products and not to receive the same thing every time

    I'm so sick of Goodiebox. It isn't what it used to be. Repeat products and old products all the time. In May I got a shampoo that expired in May 🤬 I'm still waiting for my September box and if there are repeat products in that too I will cancel my subscription. Have a nice weekend 🤗 I love your channel 💜

    I fully agree about everything you say and I have been thinking about ending my subscription for a long time now. Maybe now it is the time for me as well to do so.       Thank you for your compliment about my make up, I was also very happy with how it turned out. My patience with goodiebox after seeing the contents had really run out, so there was only one thing I could do, and that was cancel🫤

    Oh dear, repeat products are not good to get, glossybox and look fantastic september box contained many repeat products between them. Is there any other subscription boxes you could try instead since you got rid of goodiebox?

      The range of beauty boxes here in the Netherlands is not large. I have a subscription to the boxes that are available😢

      I was deeply disappointed, goodiebox was always so good in terms of content, but in the last few months we have hardly received any new product

    I have the same product as you, and Im very sad.. I just love the guasha and I already have the glow hilighter that i cant use on my skin AND smells very bad

      @@dutchmonique its smells since i open it... I write to goodiebox but they send me a copu-paste reply. I put my subscription on pause and i'll see in the next month

    You know I have never done a subscription box, but want to try one. But WOW the SAME products??? OK that defeats the whole purpose. Well his response is very revealing the company is probably not doing well and it would not surprise me if they go out of business. Yes you should have canceled sooner. New subbie here from NYC lets connect here and keep up the great content here! 👍🥰☺

      I also suspect that things are not going well with the company. It may happen that you receive a product that you have already received before, but consistently receiving repeat products since January is crazy.

      Yes, I know your opinion, but I still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But this box was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. to get 1 repeat product every now and then okay I can live with that, but last month 4 out of 5 products were on repeat and now everything was on repeat, so I made the decision to cancel my subscription

    😊 heb ik toch net een abonnement genomen op de lux one en de crush.
    Hopelijk doet Goodiebox het daar beter mee. Jaren geleden ook al een abonnement gehad op de gewone box. Toch een leuke unboxing gemaakt Monique.

      @@dutchmonique heb jij nog de Embryolisse lait-creme Sensitive geprobeerd uit jouw 1e lux box. Die is zo ontzettend fijn en 'romig', heerlijk gewoon als nachtcrème.

      @@caroline7654 Had ik die creme gekregen?😂 Ik moet eerlijk bekennen dat ik die nog niet gebruikt heb, ik had namelijk net een andere creme in gebruik genomen , aangezien deze bijna op is zal ik de creme opzoeken en gaan uit proberen.

    Hoi Monique, ik heb deze maand drie producten gekregen die ik al in juli kreeg en twee van mei. Ik heb het dus ook opgezegd. Het positieve is dat ik vorig jaar door goodiebox jouw kanaal heb ontdekt 😊, dat abonnement hou ik alvast 😂

    Heel raar dat ze zo met hun klanten omgaan, nog best een hoog bedrag per maand ook! Dat spaar je nu uit en dan kun je wel weer een mooie adventskalender bij elkaar sparen!

      @@lindab6756 die van Douglas ga ik zeer zeker unboxed, en die van de Bijenkorf waarschijnlijk ook, lookfantastic en spacenk waarschijnlijk wekelijks in December. Het liefste zou ik een dagelijkse opening willen doen maar dat gaat mij niet lukken in combinatie met een fulltime job

      Sounds like the customer service adviser was not surprised about your concern regarding repeat products. They must have received lots of similar calls recently.

      Makes you wonder if the subscription box companies get all their products from the same warehouse??🤔
      The Bella Pierre HD powder is nice. Got it in Glossybox in August.
      The eyeliner is fine as well. But also a repeat product seen in UK beauty boxes. That McoBesuty highlighter is not great quality. GuaSha are just stupid.
      Definitely something going on. Maybe the boxes are not being offered low enough wholesale prices for products which allows a decent profit for them. So they are using up all their old stock. 🤷🏽‍♀️

      Hi Sandra, I can live with the fact that you receive a product again after a number of years of membership, but from January onwards consistently putting repeat products in the box is not okay with me. My membership with LF is much longer than with goodiebox and I can count on one hand the times I have received a product that I have previously had in the LF. And the repeat products in the box are not only in the Netherlands, I also see on UA-cam that the German boxes also receive repeat products. So there was only one thing to do.... goodbye Goodiebox

      Het is zeker triest, ze verliezen een hoop langdurige abonnees, ik hoop dat ze heel gauw realiseren dat het stuur om moet

      @@dutchmonique het rare vind ik dat jij als lang lid deze inhoud krijgt terwijl er dus ook boxen zijn met een compleet nieuwe inhoud. Ik begrijp er helemaal niets van. Willen ze dan echt af van alle oude leden?
