  • Basic time measurement in computers: we start with showing you a 1980s classic computer the Commodore. See the CPU, RAM chips, resistors, capacitors and the crystal that was used to sync the system. This is the first video in a series of applications of time measurement for the Universe of Instrumentation. Computers are instruments of engineering so we are including them in the Unit II "Time" program. Our next video will be the Atari computer. The Edison Tech Center has both a Commodore 64 and several Vic 20s.
    This video is II.C.1.a and is best watched with other videos from Unit II of the program. The next video will show the basics of the Atari computer system.

    I had one of these Computers but It didn't rely do anything, I would just try to get it to do something; maybe I should have got a book for it or purchased some other memory or program for it I don't know
