Had MRI showing cracked sacrum. Going for CT scan and bone scan next week. I believe this happened to me when I was laying Sod all day and using my right leg as a tamper. That was June 11th 2022. Have had awful pain in my left buttock and left lower back. I do a lot of standing due to my work in retail. No heavy lifting. My spine Doctor gave me cortisone shots in my L4 L5 facet joint area two weeks ago. I believe it helped but still a lot of inflammation due to standing all day working in retail. I assume I need to get off my feet for most of the day to heal?? I have had lower back issues since 2016 and have been Getting cortisone shots in L4 L5 facet joint area about every 18 months. Hope you can advise. Thank you
Your videos are extremely interesting. I have a fractured sacrum. I slipped in the bathroom as a youngster and broke the ceramic toilet roll holder off the wall with my Sacrum area. It protrudes like a lump now. Bear in mind it happened when I was about 11 or 12 and I am turning 35 this year. I never had it checked after the initial check and have lived with it all my life since then. I do have pain from time to time lately it is alot more frequent and affects my lower back, my right feels like hip joint and right leg in the thigh area. I also have trouble let standing completely straight up it is very painful sometimes and is best described as the feeling of muscles straining and something being forced to bend too far the wrong way. I would like to have it seen to but am terrified esspecially because it has been left for so long. Do you have any advice for me? I am from South Africa
