Consegui realizar o processo no REDMI 5 plus, mas apenas utilizando a porta USB 2.0 (preta). A sequência que funcionou foi a seguinte: 1.Primeiro, entre no modo fastboot. 2.Depois, mantenha pressionados os dois pontos metálicos com uma pinça enquanto conecta o cabo USB ao PC. 3.Por fim, desconecte a bateria. Após isso, no programa MiFlash, ao clicar em "Refresh", o dispositivo deve aparecer listado como "COM" seguido de um número (no meu caso, foi COM4). Se aparecer algo diferente, o processo não dará certo e ocorrerá um erro ao clicar em "Flash".
