* Forword Progressive Movement: जो Sperm अच्छे होते है वे आगे की तरफ़ बढ़ते है। और यह straight होते है। इसके आलावा
* B-grade Motility में भी sperm अच्छे होते है लेकिन वो slow होते है और थोड़े तिरछे होते हुए जाते है। इन दोनो को ही फॉरवर्ड Motility कहते है और इनका percentage 32 होना चाहिए।
* C-grade sperms: इन sperms में Movements होती है लेकिन वे जगह पर ही घूम जाते है। यह काफी ज्यादा slow होते है।
* Imortile: इन Sperms में कोइ Movement नही होती।
01:30 Total Motility Sperms कितने होने चाहिए?
Total Motility Sperms 100 में से 40 होने चाहिएं। अगर अच्छे Motile Sperms हुए तो तेजी से Eggs तक पॉच कर Egg को fertile कर सकते हैं।

Lifestyle: Sperm की quality और motility पर lifestyle सबसे ज्यादा Influence करती है। जेसे Diet,Alcohol Usage और Drugs। Varicocele: Varicocele के करण भी Sperm motility कम हो सकती है। Genetic Disorder और Hormonal Disturbances.
Environmental Factors: Hot bath लेना, लंबे समय तक बैठे रहने वाली jobs, Long Distance Drivings से Testies का temperature बढ़ जाता है और इसे Sperm की Motility कम हो जाती है।
Medication: अगर आपको Cancer के करण Chemotherapy लेना होता है तो इसे भी Sperm की Motility पर गहरा असर पड़ता है। Lack of Nutrients और Age इन सब से motility पर असर पड़ता है।

Ma'am I have done many tests but nothing happened. I have had 7 miscarriages. If IVF gives some relief then I would like to consult you about your clinic.
And ma'am this happens only in the first trimester. The baby's heartbeat can be heard in the first sonography, but after the 8th week the baby's heartbeat stops automatically. I don't have any problem. When I go for sonography the second time, the baby's heartbeat has stopped.

सोके उठने के बाद ड्राय फ्रूट्स का नमकीन खाइये पर ये बिलकुल oily नहीं होना चाहिए।
अगर बोहोत ही ज्यादा तो सुबह cream crackers जैसे biscuits ब्रश करने से पहले खाने है।
थोड़ी थोड़ी मात्रा में बार बार खाना है।
अगर इस दौरान आपको किसी गंध के कारन जी मचलता है तो ऐसे पदार्थ न खाइये।
माँ को चाय , कॉफ़ी , aeriated coldrinks , processed food , dark choclate , soda इन सारे पदार्थो का सेवन नहीं करना है।
कभी आपकी vomiting कम करने केलिए डॉक्टर आपको कुछ टेबलेट्स लेने की सलाह भी देंगे और वह आपको सोते समय लेने की सलाह देंगे और यह आपको जरूर लेना है क्योकि इस तरीके की दवा pregnancy में लेना सुरक्षित है ।
