You could always ask her if she has an issue with you, and then depending on her answer decide how you want to handle the situation.. but if it's something she does a lot, then either way she is being disrespectful of you, and if you have any self-respect, you should know what to do.. :)
You know if you follow step 21 you don't have to follow the others. Because if you pay for a girl you get her for however long you paid for her (an hour, a night) they don't typically charge for more than a night, also you don't have to buy them dinner.

A lot of these are alpha-male traits, so if you don't have them, most of the time you're screwed. People look for mates based on survival. It's true.
