I have been tig welding for 50yrs. I am not bragging about my welding, I am not in your shop looking at the machine set up but I can put box cutter blade in my vise with the sharpe edge down in the vise and take my tig rigg and run a beed down the top of the blade and not have any burn out. now I'm not trying to sound like a smart a*", but there's a lot of factors in the machine set up for this to be done. the best you tube videos to watch to learn anything about any type of welding is called welding tips and tricks on you tube. this dude is the man who can teach you anything and I mean anything about welding. so thin metal can be welded with the right setup. any way I watch your stuff a lot and I enjoy and like your work. I am retired now and I have built a couple of bikes and motorcycles for my own enjoyment and I love it. the best thing I like is the fact that you get to be creative and also your own work give you the opportunity to set you work apart from others and if you are good enough, when people see your work they recognize the work and know who done it. the biggest challenge is being creative enough so you don't fail into a pattern of the same thing over and over. keep up the good work and may GOD bless.

Right on man. I definitely don't claim to be a TIG Welding or a welder at all. I'm an artist. But I am practicing daily and it's definitely been a challenge lol.

Super cool. I cut up my Seattle because I didn't like the rear tire setting so far away from the seat post. Also widened it for a four inch rim. Plus I have short legs so the wheelbase ended up 7" shorter. Now I'm cutting up my Smintz. Dig your videos.

Cburke could you possibly in the future videos make an episode on lacing a rim?

Lol I don't lace wheels. When I try, it takes me hrs and I start over 6 or 7 times.
