    Does the little metal plate near the top of the bass strap read: "Robert Barth - Musik - Instrumenten - Fabrik, Stuttgart? If so I have a slightly newer Bb/Eb model from the same shop! Great playing as usual btw.

      I think Theo said it was 1930s?
      It feels quite amazing to have it here, playing in 2021, in a house built circa 1911! 😆
