She’s probably having an off night. It’s happens. It better to trust your voice and let the backups help out every once in a while. Every singer does it.
I think it's due to her age. She is getting older every year. She has to save her voice as she already sang quite hard in her prime era. Or another reason, her vocal was not in the good condition or probably got sick during that night.
