Thank You so much for sharing the whole procedure with us. By following your instructions I replaced our son's A52 display and the phone works again! I struggeled quite a lot to get the battery out. Instead using the heat gun I should have used alcohol from the beginning. Couple of squirts of non lubricating electronic cleaner and the battery basically fell off by itself. Once again: Thank You.
what is that white strip on the new screen under battery? i peel that off coz seems to me that it get worse cooling effect with that on. I m not sure i did right :D
I have replaced my Samsung a52 broken display. But after the display change, the back panel wasn't stick well. Do I need to go to service centre to stick it properly.?

It is a GalaxyA52 5G and I purchased it because my Samsung GalaxyS8 had a black screen that the "experts" at T-Mobile couldn't repair! I wasn't too upset about that phone because I had it for about four years! I am upset about my current phone because it was a gift from daughter after my other phone stopped functioning! I tried several of the recommendations even putting it in the freezer for "15" minutes and nothing has worked!!😡🤬

This is actually a somewhat easy one since you can get it already in the frame. But that part does cost more so... Yeah.
It's mainly the higher cost of Korean made AMOLED screens with the frame over bare LCD screens.

I manage to fix one with a knife scissor and hand to do a bit of moving the parts around

That thing looks pretty awesome but on phones with a flimsy back like this I have done way better with just heat and the separating puck/guitar pick.

I followed this exactly and when I plug the phone in, the screen cycles just a back light faintly and repeatedly but never turns on?? Any ideas?
Probably gotta take it in so they can run it through diagnostics on your phone.

Why on earth would you put adhesive tape on the battery again. It's such a pain in the ass to get it out in the first place.

they just asked me 140 Euro. I paid 349 Euro 2 years ago for the whole phone
