Cool house. Only question I have: why put TV on wall by side of bed rather than in front. Personally I have my eyes in the front of my head and not the side 😁
Loved it right up to the point where you have to take a dump in the bedroom. WTF is wrong with Developers? Put the toilet behind a f**king door, FFS!!!
@Waddywoos360 I live in a 4000sq ft house with a 1, 500sq ft garage with an office/apartment above same, all on 1 acre of land. We have a good size garden & drive. What makes the plot look smaller, I believe is the fact the garden is divided into various sitting & dinning areas. All of the zones are a decent size individually plus then you have the outdoor kitchen/bar. If the plot was kept with just a lovely sitting/ dining area and the rest all grass it would appear to be a lot bigger.
Love your videos. A Brit in the US. I miss the U.K.. your videos highlight gorgeous properties in stunning countryside, quaint towns and villages, beautiful historical architecture with so much to do at your doorstep. Great for expats feeling nostalgic for home! Thank you
Nice presentation. And thank for excluding the Lambo from the recent videos. The house is impressive. Kudos to the developer for spending this much on the finish. Also love the olive trees. I hope the developers gets a good return on this.
Nice home but I would prefer more privacy for the master bedroom toilet with wall and a door iso of everything is so open. I don't think the wife or the husband and walk in to see the partner doing no. 2. Also, would be better to have a wall built on the shower area to prevent the water from splashing to the other side of the bathroom. Otherwise, love the space and the hardwares of the home.
Love some of the design of the space, would definitely want more privacy while taking a shit, mine stink so there's that. This design over two floor would be perfect, I love the lighting, the open plan living area, the large windows and also it provides a master suite that you would not need to leave, this is how all master suites should be! Great video!
Amazing house for an upwardly mobile high income young couple .....I’m way too old for such an ‘open plan’ living home like this but brilliantly presented nonetheless 👏
Looks like one of those houses from science fiction movies isolated in an open place, I would defo remove the curve wall in the principle room, overall very nice but I would easily get bored after a while
It's a great design and spec but needs the human (practical) touch to work as a home, if that is what it is intended to be. Doesn't have a grand entrance before you walk down narrowish corridor to the main living area which is amazing but hasn't been zoned off in a great way. For such a big house it doesn't have a prep kitchen! Master bedroom - would not like to emerge from that straight into the living(public) area and the bathroom needs a privacy wall. Ideally it needed another floor for most of the bedrooms. It will be perfect, probably as a second/party home for someone who needs to chill.
It’s cheap for a number of reasons, land (middle of no where), location in comparison to other major cities where space is limited and third reason is what the exterior is built with. Brick work is expensive, this is like a warehouse. So the price is right.
I really wanted to love this house but i think the bedrooms really let it down, they're giving hotel vibes but not in a good way, beds in the middle of the room and open wardrobes behind are just not practical for families. l also think the landscapimg outside of the bedrooms could be improved. That said i think it would make a fantastic serviced accommodation for gatherings or suit a young bachelor as a party pad.
Way too much empty space in main living area! Just empty unused space wasted. And who would have that beautiful view and put the main suit bed on a side wall and a toilet so people in the garden can watch you? No half wall for some privacy nothing there at all. Lovely but a lot of things not thought through. Stunning design concept and beautiful home but just too spaced out with so many just empty space and then no outdoor space for the size of the home! Don’t get me wrong it’s gorgeous but a lot of issues for me personally .
I am going to be the first and say it's ugly and so impersonal for a home. I see parts I like but it's so cold and uncomfortable. And whoever put the toilet in the bedroom, has a screw lose.
Could be the worst planned bedroom i've seen! Sinks with no shelfes, i mean where do you even put you toothbrush? And a toilet comepletely open to the bedroom?? Nice soundstage there for the one left in bed... nice example of to much money, no common sence :(

There’s a roller door to be added! Don’t worry 😅
Lol, you're shitting me 😂
ok am i crazy for saying this place seems cheap at 2mill? (not that i have 2mill mind)
It is the lack of land. If it had the 'proper' size plot for the house then it'd be more like £3m
@@mohammedboateng9636 it is crammed in at the back pretty tight. Would have benefitted hugely from another acre.
But…..isn’t an acre of land big enough????
@@mohammedboateng9636 of for the size of house.

Stunning! Throw in LA weather and we'll buy it

I really love that you always feature the local area, that has to be a real help for foreign buyers

You’re turning into the British Enes Yilmazer👏🏿👏🏿Well Done, great tour!
What an amazing job you have done with all our tiles! We will be round for photos shortly!

@@KB_187 yes that too. Also, I would have a Japanese bidet installed in my master bedroom toilet.
Yes agree I can smell the pop with that open concept bathroom
That is a must!!!
Wow!!!! Ive seen many houses bit this is the best house i think i have seen!!! Agree with other comments, 2 mill seems a low price
My dream home! Thank God, I have put the lottery tonight!
Lovely house but the Toilet out even with a roller door is a stupid idea I think
What a house!!!!!
wowwwwwwwwwwwww....speechless....wonderful tour as always!!
Incredible design 🙌🏻
Amazing! Especially at that price too! 👏🏿👏🏿
love the blue flower on kitchen island
1:15 car through the window im sold
where do i sign
beautiful only downside no pool
or stables
I like walls I’m fine with a little bit open plan kitchen dinning and a sitting room but then walls please…
Incredible house 😍 love the open plan space!

2 things are missing in this house: weather 30°C + plus beach oceanfront... 😉
And swimming pool.
👍🇮🇪🇷🇺
Nice one Damion …is this a Guy Phoenix design?
Where in Nottingham is it?
Is it still for sell
Unbelievable home
Who was the architect?
👍🇮🇪🇷🇺
Another quality tour 👏🏾
Beautiful house seems very cheap for 2m 👍❤️🏴
It's a structure alright, but not a home! Perhaps for very cold people, it's way too cold looking for it to be a home.

Am buying this if I get lucky in the next week ❤

Insane home 😅😍😍
Looks much better at night than daytime…. Just move the location and it’s a winner!

Loverly house, but no cosy living room area for the family to.snuggle up and watch a movie, a loverly house but not really a home
Incredible house, but I do hate fake grass. I try not to look at it! 😳
Good from a maintenance perspective if you’re away a lot though
@@DamionMerry Yep, that’s true, but I do like natural, real green. Great house and review though!
The security on some of these places ain’t that great

I'll take it 🎉😂👍👀😎🤲
very nice like a lot
Looks like a farm building, and an office block with all the hallway doors.
Why not put TVs in, typical developers, tight
Yes please....
Wow!
Not a chance my wife would go for that bathroom. She needs at minimum 5’ of counter space for “products,” leaving me the remaining 1/2’.
Hmm I just see a barn conversion
Dream house. Where's the pool?
Its in the rest of the garden that the house doesn't have either. Very small plot!
Bet Arvin Haddad would disagree!!! 😆

Interior 10/10…. Exterior 2/10
Something doesn’t make sense. You would struggle to build this house for 2 million!
principle bedroom not great, no storage space for toiletries from what we saw. No door to the loo, no places to dry towels. Looks like a mans design.
I am going to be the first and say it's ugly and so impersonal for a home. I see parts I like but it's so cold and uncomfortable. And whoever put the toilet in the bedroom, has a screw lose.

Just revolting.
Soulless... What you get when the developer skimps on the interior design.
Why do you always talk about yourself and your wife when showing properties? Take yourself away from the picture. it is a turn off
