I was very upset with Ziheng some time ago based on a grave misunderstanding on my part for which I profusely apologise about. As a very strong and vocal supporter of their relationship from the very beginning, I would like to congratulate Ziheng for being such a commendable man of his word. He has proved to be true to Erica and her family, he has shown to the world what a man is capable of when he loves the woman that he has chosen. He has gone against every Asian stereotype and or norm to follow his heart, not out of disrespect to his parents, but because no man has the power to change a love that is destined. Saying all of this to say, I wish these two strong yet gentle individuals only the best that Our Heavenly Father has for them, today and in the future.

Please, your Mum is right. You guys could decide where you gonna stay. That is what married life is. You are not babies that you have to go home every two or so months. Moving back and forth is not a wise decision. You cannot save much that way even if this involves business. Erica could apply for a more realistic income making engagements in China or Africa.
