      @@KeyserTheRedBeard hey Keyser! That’s tip #2, you need a decent telephoto lens. With enough zoom you can get close up, intimate portraits from several hundred yards away.

    Great stuff as always! It’s not always easy for us less-experienced photographers to put a finger on what separates a good image from a great one. You articulated a lot of those things really well here

      Thanks, Doug! Articulating why you like certain images and don't like others is probably the most difficult part of photography, and just being analytical is a learning process just like the actual art of photography itself.
