I'd also be interested in knowing the nutritional/scientific approach being taken by our strength and conditioning coach (in collaboration with the food service director) to help maximize the energy levels & recovery periods for CU football players.

Grew in Boulder...and maybe 6 handlers for game day run out and she would typically drop a weak link or two. So fast and dudes just barely able to keep up on a full on sprint. Loved those days!
I know from my experience shooting cattle roping that cattle (including bison) don't mess around. It takes a lot of courage to get that up close to those beasts.
