  • Almost everyone knows who Priscilla Presley is, but Elvis' ex-wife wasn't his only love. Ginger Alden was engaged to Elvis when he died, and in a revealing interview with ET, she shared intimate details about their relationship, and about the day she found him dead.

Elvis couldn't sleep and went to the bathroom to read at 6am. Ginger went to check on him at 3pm. That is 9 hours of man time alone in a bathroom without your fiancé asking you what the hell you are doing or walking in. This relationship was definitely different to say the least.

Back then (as I recall) the Fire Department's Engine House No. 29 was located a couple of miles down the road of Elvis Presley Boulevard. Vester Presley said, ‘they didn’t even slow down’. He had opened the gate the minute he heard the siren from the ambulance. You should read the book; 'Elvis Decoded'.The author talks about this and he went to the location to see how long it took him to drive the ambulance route.

We'll know in 2027 when the autopsy is released. However Elvis had health problems that started the day he tripped over a cord in the bathroom and hit his head on the tub knocking him unconscious. Reporter Callum Crumblish stated: It was apparently caused by a traumatic head injury that occurred ten years prior, and triggered an "autoimmune" disorder, according to a new physician's report. Californian physician Forest Tennant reviewed the report on Elvis’ death, and came to the conclusion that this injury caused a number of the King’s ailments.
In the years leading up to his death, Elvis complained of vertigo, back pain, insomnia, eye infections, headaches, and more.
He was even rushed to hospital in 1973 whilst suffering from jaundice, putting him in a “semi-coma”. Reported by: Callum Crumblish.
The star was also found to have a bleeding ulcer, and hepatitis.

According to those around him, he should have died years before. Linda Thompson kept a close eye on him during his binges. Think about it, Ginger was 20 dealing with an addict twice her age. She knew nothing. Elvis’ death was inevitable. Just a matter of when. The clock ran out Aug 16/77

    • @liammckeown9167

Sad but true. Linda stayed awake until he fell asleep incase something happened. Twice with Linda was he was eating an apple and fell asleep, lights out, in a second and was choking on it. Also another time with Linda his face planted first into a bowl of soup again would have died. Out of Linda was the MM; Lemar asked if he was okay as he was just lying on the bed and he shouted on him a few times before nudging him and still no movement before getting Dr Nick to inject whatever you call that drug into his neck I think it was, he just jumped right up. Another time he was with a woman during the Linda Thompson era and she freaked out and he was exhaling and inhaling every 10 seconds or so and they said if she didn't freak out he'd had passed then.
We alwaya say he left too soon but if it wasn't for others around him he would have checked out long, long before 77.

Everyone who keeps saying Elvis death was inevitable clearly haven’t looked into his life. His life style was similar to Michael Jackson. I say that in the sense of two bigger then life superstars both exploited by managers, friends, family, the music industry. Both pumped full of drugs just to go on the stage to perform as if they were some type of machine. When Elvis was exhausted he was being pumped full of adrenaline and other medications to make sure he performed. His death was preventable. What he needed was a manger who cared, a father who cared and not exploited him at times as well, rest, and care. I’m only 31 but I started to listen to Elvis when I was about 15 years old. One thing I noticed with his life it was a tragedy from the very beginning. So his death was preventable. However that would have meant the people who profited off of him wouldn’t be getting paid and they weren’t going to allow that to happen.

That they’re as flawed, vulnerable and STILL as important aseveryone else. And they need not adoration, but compassion. Not to be a superstars, or superhuman, but simply human.

Emily Michalski It can take a person days to die from internal bleeding.
But you are on the right track, in effort to pass stool Elvis performed the valsalva maneuver which put massive pressure on his aorta causing a VT and a massive heart attack. Elvis’ constipation was so severe that he had months old cement like stool in his colon and laxatives would not help. Add this factor to his weakened heart brought on by years of drug abuse and bam the perfect combination for death on the Komodo.

All that happened to Elvis created a perfect storm for him to come to the untimely end that he did, unfortunately. The combination of too early success, fame and money, the deaths of his twin and his mother, the secluded lifestyle and the prescription drug abuse among other things would ultimately break most people. Elvis might have faired much better in an entirely different profession, given the type of person he was...but then again, if he had, we wouldn't have had the experience of his jaw dropping performances and that voice...he sacrificed himself in the process of giving us all of that...

Does it really matter at this point? He took lots of drugs, starting before he was famous. Ate a godawful horrible diet, every day. Lived a lifestyle on the road that would mess anyone up, even not on drugs. Had a manager that worked EP's gift to the max so CPT could square up his own gambling debts. Bad routines, diet, and lifestyle (including that crew of his that I basically call panderers because they let him do whatever he wanted to do because they wanted to be around him; he was their meal ticket, too.) I couldn't imagine how bad he smelled toward the end of his life. You don't ramble around with that much crap and drug toxins in your system without smelling to high heaven. For those that think that he can't defend himself because he's dead, think again. He left behind scores of recordings and songs that he performed and sang so that the rest of us would have enjoyment of them, in perpetuity. For now, and ever, Let the guy rest in peace.

I believe that God told Elvis or gave him a feeling that he was going to heaven and Elvis was ok with that because he loved God. I’ve lost a couple people and I seen the evidence of it. One of my family friend was moving cross country to move back to Queensland with her sister and they got it a really bad car accident and that friend died instantly and the sister survived. A couple days later a digital journal written by my friend a week before she passed and it was all about her hearing God say come join me in the never ending summer/holiday and she continues to write that she saw a vision of her in a car watching a beautiful sunset and her dream ended. This was the first time that I realised that even though we didn’t know she was going to die but she did and was happy to go with him.
This is her exact words she wrote.
I breathe in deep, and behold the last glimmer of golden sun as it sets over the last of the hills. My heart leaps within me as I contemplate the end of a life of working-to-rest, and the beginning of the Endless Summer. A life anchored in the depths of my lovers heart - free from the fight of all i’ve ever known. Free from fear. As I take one last glance at the setting sun, I feel the thrill of my Father as he ushers me into the dawn of the best day I’ve ever had. I hear his whisper once again..
“Welcome, my dear, to the Endless Summer…

Elvis wanted Ginger Alden out of his life and to pack her bags before the next tour. Elvis was already seeing Alicia Kerwin, who would replace Ginger Alden, by now.
Whether it was Ginger Alden's confrontation with regard to the over-prescribed medications or not, but Elvis hated confrontation in general, and having divorced Priscilla and fired two very close friends (namely, Red and Sonny), not counting Dave Hebler who was a pretentious backstabber, it was easier for him to change women than his socks.
Now I am assuming, the argument Ginger and Elvis had that day (Elvis' cook a key witness and Dick Grob in whom Elvis had confided a few hours earlier), it must have somehow contributed in Ginger withholding herself from checking on Elvis a bit earlier, but in the end, she perhaps realized that Elvis was not himself and the fingers would point at her if anything happened to him while she was around, and so, she, at that instant, made that extra effort to get off her butt and check.
    The rest is history.

Elvis’ manager, Col. Tom Parker, said in a press conference shortly after his death: “Elvis didn’t die. The body did. We’re keeping up the good spirits. We’re keeping Elvis alive. I talked to him this morning and he told me to 'carry on.’” (Elvis did not die and he wanted out. - Col. Tom Parker. 1977) After hearing so many stories about the death of Elvis Presley, I have decided to tell the world the real story on the facts concerning that day in August, 1977. Yes, that day, the 16th of August. Is it a coincidence that a person born on that January 8, first month, eighth day, would perish on the 8th month and the 16th day? Probably if two (2) people were born on that day it makes more sense. You see, numerology always played an important part of my life and still does today. So many people have written or spoke about my death as a hoax. It was not a hoax! I decided to reinvent myself in the form of my brother (Jesse Garon) and yes, Elvis Presley did die that day. But after much searching for the right people, I found several people from different states who I consider my most loyal and trustworthy friends. To some people this book will be just another scandalous piece of fiction, but when you are done I think you will think otherwise. I always felt my brother deserved to live and what better way to let him live his life than to end mine. I was lonely, depressed, in bad health and my numerology chart said that this was the time for it to come to end. Anyone who studies numerology will understand, those who don't may want to look into it. All of the facts (and there are many) even the experts will say they are more than coincidences. I no longer give away Cadillacs or expensive pieces of jewelry because I am nothing more than a man who had a very famous brother. I am not a great literate (I never wrote my own songs), but I am not illiterate either. The perfect day August 16, 1977, 1 + 9 + 7 + 7 = 24, my age backwards (42), the facts go on and on. But my true reasons for the book are for my fans. My death was not a hoax! To my fans, please forgive me, my brother deserved to live, he was with me constantly (spiritually). My life would not be the same had he lived at birth. This was my way of giving him life, and corny as it sounds. The Colonel took this secret to his grave. He was a loyal friend. But I will no longer stand by and have people like Gail Brewer tell you stories that are pure fiction. This book written by a true friend will help you realize why I did what I did. - The Truth About Elvis Aron Presley In His Own Words. (2001). My fascination with the idea of a hoax about death was when Jim Morrison died July 3rd, 1971. Although I saw no correlation (he died at age 27) I was astounded that as famous as he was the body was just closed up and shipped out. Now I don't know all the facts concerning his death. I thought it awfully strange that no autopsy was performed (or so I thought) and just forgotten about. There were a lot of rumors about his death. I noticed he was born on the 8th day. Born in 1944 = 1-8 and died in 1971 = 1-8. Remember my comeback in 1968? 1+9+6+8 = 24. Obviously, I was no longer 24, so I reversed the age to 42. The next time that number had any relevance was 1977 (1+9+7+7 = 24 when I would be 42. Numerology can and does play an important part of my life and we knew that would have to be the date. Most people if they know what to look for will find significance in the forms of numbers in all of my movies! Example: gravestone in " Loving You" (year) 1878 = ? (1+8+7+8 = 24). You have to look at the movies. My hero James Dean died at the age of 24, but I was on top of the world then and wanted to live. - The Truth About Elvis Aron Presley In His Own Words. (2001). I will start about 1974 when the thought first came to me about faking my death. I have always been fascinated with the occult and other spiritual things. When I first saw a wax dummy of myself made by a Mr. Cooper I was fascinated with it. For some time I had thought if it was possible? Could I pull this thing off? I had asked Mr Cooper if he could make another wax dummy for me. He said he could. I in turn said I wanted him to do it and keep it strictly confidential. When I had mentioned it to a very few close friends (Joe Esposito, Larry Geller) they did not think I was serious. I was tired of being Elvis Presley, my health was deteriorating. I just couldn't keep up. My finances were floundering because of my daddy's poor business ventures. I was at my wit's end. As the years progressed I had my ups and downs which are pretty well documented in other books. I also had two detectives from Colorado who I trusted immensely. Originally the date was 1976 according to my numerology charts but I chickened out. A pact was made on the grounds of Graceland one night, hands placed over hands that this secret would never be spoken of outside this room. I picked four (4) of us initially and to this day all have kept the secret. I also know when this book reaches the bookstores people (my loyal friends) will be heartbroken. They took care of me and convinced others that I was no longer alive. In reality Elvis Presley died that day and my twin brother "Jesse" came to life, living in hiding but as a normal human being. I skip around because I am writing stream of consciousness. My own Daddy bless his soul never knew the truth. Little Lisa was told months later and explained to her she would not see me much. The Colonel took this secret to his grave. Many people believe me to still be alive but I was told in the beginning there would be no contact in order for this to work. I go thru a lot of ups and downs since 1977 and have lived in many states but I insisted I needed to be in a warm climate. My personal thoughts are that my fans will understand. That is very important to me. I just could not face myself any more after seeing myself in the mirror and that is where Larry Geller came in. He asked if he could write a book, and I gave him my blessing. "If I Can Dream" is the title and I like his book. He had filled my head with spiritual thoughts and made me believe we could pull this off. If I had stayed longer I think I would have been booed off the stage. That is why I chose the date 8-16-77. Do you know how many famous people passed away on that date? The great Robert Johnson died on 8-16 and he was born in 1935! Babe Ruth, and Bela Lugosi and many others. I must say I was very nervous that day 8-16. But it had to be done before I went on the road where I would not have been able to pull it off. Did you know there are secret compartments in Graceland that very few people know about! A few like Vester would joke about my being alive but no one took him serious. Many of my friends would ask if I were still alive and they have their doubts but as it was I might have died broke and just a shell of myself. I was given an injection that looked like I was dead but the people closest to me knew better. Believe me I had my doubts that this could be pulled off. But it did and I became Jesse, just a poor white southern boy who didn't sing a lick of anything. I feel bad my Daddy wasn't allowed to know but it just couldn't be done. I better go now and collect my thoughts to tell you the rest next time. - The Truth About Elvis Aron Presley In His Own Words. (2001). Elvis Presley changed and talks about his past, but he has his fans in his mind....As you listen to Pastor Bob Joyce (Elvis) in this video when you go to 10:15 he hints about his life before! Interesting isn't it?
Here are the words that he says (go to 10:15 in the video):
"There is something about this man, that is so appealing to me. That I am not going to concern ... I'm not going to concern myself with what I was and what I had before. Because Jesus makes a difference in my life. There is something about Jesus that causes me not to even be so concerned about my life that I had before. Or my problems or whatever it is that I had in life. Suddenly things have changed, my mind has changed, my affections, my ah ... interests has changed. I'm not interested in how many fish I can catch today. I'm interested to see what Jesus is going to do next. Can you imagine walking with Jesus everywhere you went. Listen what I am telling you this morning is reality."

Yeah she remembers alright. If Elvis did die in 77' she's the #1 suspect. He literally sang the song it's Midnight in concert and said " listen Cilla" while engaged to her. His body guards and friends said he was going to call it off. A pill Elvis never used was found. Very suspicious.

I think elvis faked his own death. There are alot of 6's when he died.
He died august 16, 1977. August is the 8th month of the year. U take 8 and add 16 equals 24. Thats the same number when u add 19 in the year he died and 77. (1+9= 10. 7+7=14. 10+14= 24) u add 2+4= 6. The time of death is 3:30. 3+3=6. The age when he died was 42. 4+2=6. Weight when he died the autopsy said he weighed 170lbs. 7-1=6. His name on the grave. Theres 5 letters in elvis. 5 letters in aaron. And 7 letters in presley. 10+7=17. 7-1=6. I think elvis added the extra A in aaron for a reason. Too many 6's revolving around his death cant be a coincedence
