People today don't just want to be motivated, they want to be INSPIRED. They want to be part of something GREAT and have MEANING and PURPOSE and CONTRIBUTION. People have so many choices and options for where they can go, so if we don't have a great culture people can go where there is a great culture.
9:30 *2nd INNOVATION:* Imperative is to collaborate and innovate so that we can STAY RELEVANT in this changing world where everything is changing so rapidly. If we don't innovate, we'll become irrelevant in a changing, shifting world.

It inspires people when you're real, you're genuine, authentic, vulnerable, you go first, you're humble and courageous at the same time - you're empathic and have empathy, as well as you model performance and getting the job done.
