I will say that the thumbnail made me chuckle though. I made this video because what he said about John and his family was abhorrent and John is no longer here to defend himself. It has little to nothing to do with veganism itself or the morality/immorality of eating meat, and people are beginning to conflate ideals at this point. If no one is willing to defend the integrity and honor of deserving individuals who are no longer here to defend themselves then pieces of shit like Richard will run amuck and flourish. I would like to think that every other fitness influencer with any true sense of ethics whatsoever can see this and will also do their part to COUNTER this sort of bullshit so that it no longer allowed to let fly moving forward, and eventually Richard is relegated to his echo chamber. I work on an organic hemp farm we have over a hundred bald eagles in the area, red fox, coyotes, and farm cats that keep pesky nasty rodents at bay. If we get an aphid problem we buy and raise millions of ladybugs and praying mantis(mynfav ninga warrior bug) to eat them or aphids will destroy the crop. Without predators the herbavores and bugs will overpopulate and cause disease. Humans are animals, were mammals and at the top of the food chain, we went from protecting ourselves from predators, to hunting, to farming and raising livestock. And he thinks he’s a man yet says he wants to murder innocent human babies when they cry....I think he’s vegan cuz it pays him a nice check and he can promote his wife’s only fans. I met Eric Kanevsky in person a few years ago. After a long discussion of talking about different youtubers in the fitness sphere( Eric had nothing but positive things to say about the people we spoke about), I brought up Vegan Gains. All Eric said was "F#ck that guy".

Seeing that livestream clip made me too mad to think straight. But then I remembered that this dude was step away from offing himself when his youtube channel was banned and he had to beg and spread his cheeks wide open to get it back. VG may have converted people over to his ideology but 99.9 percent of them would of gone back to meat eating, many at a lot higher rate than what they were before such as carnivore. Around 2015 when veganism was at an all time high, not from vg alone, but the whole vegan yt scene in general i decided to go vegan. About 9 months later I decided to give it up when I realised how crazy they actually are. From the ones I encountered on fb groups etc. VG, durian rider, freelee bannana girl etc were the cherry on top confirming this. Also, I wanted to make the world a better place, but felt like me being vegan was a drop of water in the entire ocean, and just making my life a whole lot harder than what it needed to be for no reason at all.

It is a logical fallacy. Next what differentiates most humans from meat eating non-human animals is that we have moral agency. That is the capacity to differentiate between right and wrong. What a lot of humans in developed countries have is the choice to live a happy and healthy life while not eating meat or any animal products for that matter. We are not eating meat for survival reasons in the vast majority of cases. All that being said, you nailed it when you said we are the product of our environment.

I was deliberately not increasing the weight quickly with that client because he was not ready to use heavier weights. If he would have actually followed the program then he would have worked his way up to it. But alas, he did not do the exercises I prescribed, he did not do the weights I prescribed, he did not do the set and reps I prescribed, and he did not send me enough training footage to be able to get an accurate depiction of what was going on, in spite of my repeated pleas.

VG may have converted people over to his ideology but 99.9 percent of them would of gone back to meat eating, many at a lot higher rate than what they were before such as carnivore. Around 2015 when veganism was at an all time high, not from vg alone, but the whole vegan yt scene in general i decided to go vegan. About 9 months later I decided to give it up when I realised how crazy they actually are. From the ones I encountered on fb groups etc. VG, durian rider, freelee bannana girl etc were the cherry on top confirming this. Also, I wanted to make the world a better place, but felt like me being vegan was a drop of water in the entire ocean, and just making my life a whole lot harder than what it needed to be for no reason at all.

It is a logical fallacy. Next what differentiates most humans from meat eating non-human animals is that we have moral agency. That is the capacity to differentiate between right and wrong. What a lot of humans in developed countries have is the choice to live a happy and healthy life while not eating meat or any animal products for that matter. We are not eating meat for survival reasons in the vast majority of cases. All that being said, you nailed it when you said we are the product of our environment.
Just because he uses a logical fallacy doesnt mean his argument isnt valid. From someone who makes a living using logic, a logical fallacy is simply flawed logic, but not invalid logic. E.G. Slippery Slope is a logical fallacy, but it is still a legitimate argument from a logical perspective because there are case by case examples that prove it to be true.

Dr. Mike said it best in a recent podcast. John was the salt of the earth, no one had anything bad to say about him. He was a role model and great human being. He also said in the same podcast that "you can be a great bodybuilder and a crap human being, they day you stop competing people cannt wait to stop talking about you". Thats Vegan Gains, the moment he stops posting videos he will no longer be relevant... like a fart in the wind... forgotten the moment it left.

I think Richard cant help it. He is bonkers. He never had a loving family like the Meadows. I sometimes found John's video boring and to detailed and then when the part came where Alexander showed off a yoyo trick i always loved it. It was the highlight of the videos for me. Almost like watching wholesome videos to feel good. I feel so bad for his son. He is such a cute kid too. Dont know how Richard can think the EXACT OPPOSITE of that.

Instances like this show how Vegan Gains tends to hold human life with little to no regard. That being said, he likes to equate animal life to human life. So if anything, he probably doesnt care about animals as much he claims he does.
