Nope, don’t have to. All Ox will do is leave a bit of a better finish, but it’s not needed.

I actually barely used any. I used the rest of that and another mix to do a decent sized deck the next day.

First. Never use a spray nozzle, second, fill with water first, be sure to use safty goggles, pre wet the fence, omg... just stop... this is what not to do...
