Mam jinko 1st to 4th kisi bhi round m seat na mili ho or spot round mein bhi koi seat na mile toh kya fees refund hogi???

Nope some are saying if you haven't got any seat in any round till now and also didn't get any seat in spot round then the fees is refundable
