Make sure your ice is not too wet first, it needs to be "sweating" but not to the point where it is dripping non stop. It could also be the pressure being too soft. Tighten the pressure with the brake screw in front of the machine.
When I use the ice shaver the shield keeps turning around. I have to stop to place the shield in the correct position. Why is this happening? I have watched videos and I don't see that happening to theirs.
Is the machine shaking a lot? Try two things. 1.) Have a smaller piece of ice. 2.) Check the rubber boots below the machine is not missing or worn out. The machine needs to be pretty stable while shaving. Any sort of lateral movement may cause the shield to move as well.
Hi, thanks for the very useful video. Do you ship to the UK and would I require a voltage adapter to use over here? Also what's your thoughts of the battery operated version of this machine.
Yes we do ship to anywhere in the world! Yes, if you do not use 110v, you will need a transformer. The DC version is slower but operates just the same in terms of shaving quality.
Actually there are a lot of counties and some states that don't require it at all. Also, while some States do require NSF, it also varies by event, city, and such. We had customers who use the Fujimarca in NSF states with no problems if approved by the local health inspector.
The Fujimarca is much cheaper and could be a better option for people wanting one for the home. If you live in a really hot state like I do, it could be a good personal investment. I wonder if the NSF requirement applies to schools, churches, carnivals, fundraisers, etc. I'd personally buy the Swan because I want the better product.
When mine shaves it comes out in think sheets and gets stuck easily. I replaced the blade and this did not help. Any advice?

@@shaveicesupplies why can I not find the fujimarca v2 machine on your web page?
Can this be bolted into counter top
You will have to drill hose into the base of the machine to bolt it. Most people just strap it if they do not want to drill into the machine.

with 99% of all health codes in the US requiring NSF certs on equipment, what is the point of selling fujimarca units that do not carry it?
