Thanks for addressing that issue with sq engineering water adapter. I had the same problem a year ago with the usdm sensors not fitting . My oem one was very rusted out. Ended buying a used oem one from offer up. Good info in this video. I hope to have my 86 ready for 8/6 day.👍🏼
Just finished my bike carb conversion on my 16v AE86. Used the manifold and carb kit from DanST and the Nodiz ignition ecu. Everything went smooth and fit great. Sorry to see you having issues with that manifold
Nice video! I also ordered a manifold from DanST for some gsxr1300 throttles on my 4age and had the SAME issue. I messaged him and he seemed nice and told me the same thing about grinding the whole wider, but he also offered to replace it if I sent it back. (I ended up grinding the wholes)

Yeah the SQ water adapter is really cool, it just needs to be made with options for US cars

He told me exactly that they have sold hundreds without an issue.

Yes older cars did IAC with coolant. New cars use PWM via the throttle body.

Pull the booster and go manual brakes.
