  • *Thondekai (Ivy Gourd) Chutney Recipe:*
    *Ingredients:*
    - 10 Thondekai (Ivy Gourd), washed and sliced
    - 5 green chilies
    - 2 tablespoons oil
    - 1/2 tomato, sliced
    - 1/2 onion, sliced
    - small ball of tamarind paste
    - Salt to taste
    - Water as needed
    - a few curry leaves
    - a few coriander leaves
    - 6-7 cloves of garlic
    - 1/4 tsp cumin powder
    - 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    *Instructions:*
    1. Heat a pan and add oil. Then add all the above-mentioned ingredients. Cook until all the ingredients turn soft. Let them cool down.
    2. In a blender, add the ingredients from the pan. Grind everything into a slightly coarse paste, adding water as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
    3. Transfer the chutney into a serving bowl.
    4. Mix well and serve with dosa, idli, rice, or any other dish of your choice.
