@@ybevision It gets the job done and honestly there aren't any problems that are that bad. You can notice some slight distortion and chromatic aberration but I am shooting on vintage glass. Other than that it's fantastic. You can opt for the more expensive Metabones version but I don't see much point in that unless it's going to get heavy use on a film set everyday.
Thanks:) I mainly shoot in Apple Pro-Res Lt and Pro-Res 422. However I believe the camera doesn't let you shoot at a slow shutter when in 6.2k or when shooting at a higher frame rate. So I normally find that I can achieve slow shutter when shooting in standard 4k or DCI 4K when shooting in 24fps.
@@buzz1n I'm also very curious about this. What exact settings did you use for that slow shutter shot? I am about to buy an XH2s but I need either a slow shutter function aorunn. 1/6th or a low frame rate like 6fps. Does the camera do either? Its fine if it is 4k and not 6.2k open gate. Would appreciate any insight !
@davemoench The lowest shutter speed that the XH2S can do is 1/4th of a second in 4k 24fps. So pretty slow. For the slow shutter shot in this video, I think I had it at around 1/8th.
😅 I know the feeling all too well. Vintage lenses are your friend in this situation. One of my favourite lenses cost me no more than one hundred pounds, and another one of my favourites was only twenty pounds.
your thumbnail bring me, and I don't disappointed about it. IT'S JUST PEACEFULL

This looks unreal! Stunning cinematography mate. Which speedbooster you use for the lens?
Thank you:) I used the Viltrox Fuji X to Canon EF speedbooster

it's soooo good, love the shots and grading! How did you do the slow shutter shot at 0:20? My h2s doesn't allow me to go under the frame rate speed

@@buzz1n thank you so much for answering! I've tried it out and it works in 4k, the problem was the 6.2k open gate :)
@joaoduque8703 Oh good👍 I'm happy to hear that:)
Kind of tempted to buy a new lens for my Fuji XH2s but my bank account won't let me... 😅
