Just read about jyj and their history. Ive been wondering with all the controversies surrounding them, how could they have managed to survive without appearing on tv? I really salute their loyal fans though. They really stand by their side. Even some groups have been disbanded despite appearing on tv etc but these 3 /,2 now managed to go through that. I hope junsu and jaejoong would be more successful than ever. Sad to hear about micky pyc though. Sigh.

DB5K were the reason why I became a Kpop fan. I was absolutely devastated when they broke up (which was a few months after I became a Cassie ;___;). Since then, I haven't followed JYJ or HoMin closely because it hurt too much to pick a side. I've been a bad fan I know but deep inside, I still hope that one day they will reunite. As a fan who loved them since they were still OT5, it's like a dream come true if they put their differences aside and perform at least once together on the same stage. No other group can create the magic that DB5K does when they are together

Khanh Nguyen Hello there! owo When JYJ separated from TVXQ back in 2010, SM got them banned from the major broadcasting stations for leaving them thus breaking their contract (I think-- someone correct me if I'm wrong, please) so they're not allowed to be on Korean television to perform their songs on shows (e.g. KBS's "Music Bank" and the like). However their other non-JYJ song-related activities are fine to broadcast as far as I can tell.
Their not "technically banned" it's just that SM BS threaten the music shows that they'll pull out their artists if they let them preform. (ridiculous I know) They are scared to loose all those artists, so they try to wreck JYJ but they pulled through & are coming strong every time. XD So basically what they told you is correct.

The funny thing is he plays a real tough gangster type of guy (with a kind heart of course, not an asshole) with roughly the same kind of hairstyle too. I read an interview where he says he was so into the character of Young Dal that the other members even called him that during the recordings for this album and that he felt that he recorded these JYJ songs being Young Dal. Yoochun's voice just glides effortlessly in his parts of Back Seat. It suits the RnB style of this song. Also, a shoutout for Yoochun's movie "Sea Fog" which opens today in Korea. Can't wait to see it. I believe that JYJ can rise to the top again so long as they can ditch their old baggage, and make their brand name 'JYJ' more deeply ensconced in the consciousness of the minds of the public, especially in the minds of the new international fans in China, Japan and SE Asia. It is a shame their military service is coming up, but C-JeS is trying to get around this by staggering the times the members do their service. With their music, dramas, musicals and movies, JYJ can keep growing. Appearances on music shows and variety shows are only one way of promoting - their other activities have kept the JYJ brand alive and growing in new markets. C-JeS is expanding phenomenonally, not just as a company for JYJ, but as a company that manages actors. It is becoming a first-rate actors' company. All of this started with just JYJ.

Just read about jyj and their history. Ive been wondering with all the controversies surrounding them, how could they have managed to survive without appearing on tv? DB5K were the reason why I became a Kpop fan. I was absolutely devastated when they broke up (which was a few months after I became a Cassie ;___;). Since then, I haven't followed JYJ or HoMin closely because it hurt too much to pick a side. I've been a bad fan I know but deep inside, I still hope that one day they will reunite. As a fan who loved them since they were still OT5, it's like a dream come true if they put their differences aside and perform at least once together on the same stage. Khanh Nguyen Hello there! owo When JYJ separated from TVXQ back in 2010, SM got them banned from the major broadcasting stations for leaving them thus breaking their contract (I think-- someone correct me if I'm wrong, please) so they're not allowed to be on Korean television to perform their songs on shows (e.g. KBS's "Music Bank" and the like). However their other non-JYJ song-related activities are fine to broadcast as far as I can tell.
Their not "technically banned" it's just that SM BS threaten the music shows that they'll pull out their artists if they let them preform. (ridiculous I know) They are scared to loose all those artists, so they try to wreck JYJ but they pulled through & are coming strong every time. XD So basically what they told you is correct.
I hate SM ! They are just jealous of JYJ because JYJ is so popular... JYJ FIGHTING

The funny thing is he plays a real tough gangster type of guy (with a kind heart of course, not an asshole) with roughly the same kind of hairstyle too. I read an interview where he says he was so into the character of Young Dal that the other members even called him that during the recordings for this album and that he felt that he recorded these JYJ songs being Young Dal. I believe that JYJ can rise to the top again so long as they can ditch their old baggage, and make their brand name 'JYJ' more deeply ensconced in the consciousness of the minds of the public, especially in the minds of the new international fans in China, Japan and SE Asia. It is a shame their military service is coming up, but C-JeS is trying to get around this by staggering the times the members do their service. With their music, dramas, musicals and movies, JYJ can keep growing. Appearances on music shows and variety shows are only one way of promoting - their other activities have kept the JYJ brand alive and growing in new markets. C-JeS is expanding phenomenonally, not just as a company for JYJ, but as a company that manages actors. It is becoming a first-rate actors' company. All of this started with just JYJ.

shahera5 I support JYJ and I support the company that is behind JYJ. The CEO of C-JeS encouraged and supported JYJ when JYJ were hurt, lost, felt betrayed, and did not know who to trust. C-JeS is like JYJ's family company. Without C-JeS's support, dramas with Yoochun and Jaejoong in them like Rooftop Prince, SSKS, Protect the Boss, and Triangle and musicals with Junsu featuring in them such as Mozart and Dracula, could not have been seen and enjoyed by us fans. Plus we could not see MVs like 'Back Seat' or attend their concerts. So I wish people to respect this channel and the efforts of this company to promote JYJ, and I ask them to not do anything to hurt the JYJ brand. Thanks for your future consideration.

Just because Yoochun used to live in America it doesn't mean that his english has to be perfect... like I honestly think that everyone is overreacting about Yoochun english pronunciation... If Junsu or Jaejoong say something in english that isn't correctly pronounced everyone is like "oh so cute *-*" but Yoochun is being criticized, i don't like it at all but whatever... And I'm not saying this because i favor Chunnie, i love all of them and my bias is actually Jaejoong... I'm just sad because i'm seeing a lot of bad comments about Chunnie...

Thank you Carolina for saying this. I hate it too whenever someone criticize Chunnie's English but seems fine when some American rapper who probably rap worse than Chunnie. I honestly dont find Chunnie's English all that bad. Yes, Chunnie is my biased and I too agree with Jellybean above, I just wish you guys who think you can sing better in English than Chunnie to have a go at the studio, listen to yourself and then think about your comments!
