i guess Im asking the wrong place but does someone know of a way to log back into an instagram account? I was dumb lost the password. I would appreciate any tricks you can give me.
@Jameson Matthew Thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site through google and I'm trying it out now. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later with my results.
Thanks! I wanted an overview of how to read and understand a title commitment. I was already familiar with some items, but have no comprehensive training. I thought your video was well done and easy to follow. I learned a lot of very useful information. Thanks again!
hii Williams, i just want to know does exhibit A is consider as schedule C. Schedule D is discloser - what if it is not present in document. is it very imp requirement. need more information on Schedule C&D.
How do you protect your home from title scams after you get the owner policy and after the closing date? The owner policy protects you from the pass but not future?
Great question. The only product I've heard of that _might_ help (and that's a big might, because I have no first-hand experience with it) is this: retipster.com/hometitlelock - I'm only pointing you this way because I'm not aware of anything else that does a similar thing. If you end up using it, let me know how your experience goes!

Man your video is perfect....and I'm thankfull..... but you tanked it with so many ads.... placed at the wrong time and 2 many.. but thanks not trying 2 disrespect.... just help you as you have done...
This document is way to complicated for the typical buyer to understand at the very least the title company should sit down with you and go over it. I just bought a condo and I wasted a week of escrow figuring out what they actually wanted, I'm not sure in the 2 weeks remaining before closing I can get all this info. It was this video not the title company or my rel estate agent that made me understand. I'm not rich downpayment and closing will use up most of my funds not sure if I can afford a title attorney to review these doc/get what is required.
I'm sorry to hear about that. And I agree, this document is WAY too confusing for any normal person to understand (that's pretty much why I made this video). I'm not sure why the system works the way it does, but it needs a big overhaul. I'm glad you found some help here nonetheless. Best of luck!
I know this is a 5 year old video, but wanted to tell you that you're a great teacher, Seth. Thanks!
Thanks so much, Brian! I'm glad it's still helping people after all these years. :)
@Shanika Clayton it's awesome to hear that! Thanks for watching!
As a realtor for many years. This was a very good presentation. Clear cut and concise. Simplicity is the best.
Thanks for the kind words, Joey! I'm glad it was helpful.

Great explanation, thanks! Do you know why there are items on section B-I that read "Intentionally Deleted"?
Thanks for watching! I'm honestly note sure. Perhaps it's part of their boilerplate template and these items just didn't apply in this case?

If after closing county removes exemption (when seller died few years back), who is responsible? And will title insurance cover back taxes?
Very informative
Thanks for watching!
Do OECs protect you from all these exceptions?
hii Williams, i just want to know does exhibit A is consider as schedule C.
Schedule D is discloser - what if it is not present in document. is it very imp requirement. need more information on Schedule C&D.
how to review schedule C&D. need some example or sample document for reference. and thanks for the every information.
