I’m so sorry for the late response. I made these videos and never checked back. My knee is about 90% back to normal. I still have some minor ache with high levels of activity such as hiking, surfing, running. My other knee (the one that was just hamstring graft in 2012) is perfectly fine and no issues whatsoever. It’s hard to say why this more recent surgery didn’t get me back to 100% recovery (so many factors I could go into detail if needed) but overall things are good and it doesn’t hold me back whatsoever. I still do all the things I did before my injury/surgery.
