- This is a good one… over $250 worth of makeup dupes that come really close to their expensive/luxury opponents. A lot of these makeup dupes are shared online and I wanted to test them out for myself. They compare formulas and shades. And some of the other makeup products, Jackie and myself tested and swatched to see if the cheaper makeup could possibly be a dupe for expensive makeup. Let’s apply the makeup together and see how well each beauty product wears throughout the day.

I love a good dupe! I’ve recently tested the ELF on my channel against the Collection cosmetics one, and although they’re both great the ELF one is just beautiful! Also a huge huge fan of the NYX concealer I’m nearly onto my second tube!x

Both are beautiful. I like the cheaper side. I've tried very expensive and cheaper makeup. Just depends on the brand.

Fun dupes! I enjoy these videos and your reviews are so spot on. I use the Elf Halo Glow on just the tops of my cheeks,
as a subtle highlight under my foundation. 😊
It amazes me how you can make both sides of your face look the same using two different sets of makeup with visible shade differences when you swatch it!
What brush are you using with the blush??
Lover of t he falsies mascara...I find I can't let it dry between coats. Dont build it past 2 coats either..I also love May. Tiny brush. Used it for years

I absolutely LOVE the Halo Glow. I wear it as a foundation on light days with a bit of powder and concealer.
I loved the makeup look and both looked gorgeous on you my favorite side would have to be the drugstore side on camera at least to me it seemed a little more pigmented. Great video
Can I just say how much I appreciate the wear-test? It's easy to say cheap-product is/looks like a dupe for expensive-product and an application on the face but it's the wear-test that makes it perfect for me

Do you ever notice an itching or burning with the dupes? I’ve tried elf and nyx versus like NARS and Lancôme, and my eyes water and skin itches and burns with nyx and other drugstore dupes. Am I doing something wrong?

Thank you so much for this review. I have been really wanting to try the halo glow filter. I am a hairdresser and like to look nice for work and some days are 10 hour days. I am 41 and after this review I will either not get this or just not wear it on my long days. Thanks for saving me from exaggerated wrinkles. Also the NYX l brow pencil is my fav right now

I have the colourpop and chanel cream bronzers. Pretty different pigment and texture on my skin. Unfortunately, I prefer the chanel bronzer

I like the NYX bare with me but I can't seem to get a light enough shade, I've tried both the Vanilla & Light.. I just wish they had a Fair option. I also really like E.L.F hydrating camo concealer. Hmm, I wonder if the NYX has more shades online 🤔

I can’t believe how close in color you managed to buy these expensive versus dupe products! You would never know unless you told everyone that you were! I must admit that I do love some drugstore products but I still have a passion for Jeffree Star Cosmetics products! I find that the concealer is so beautiful and the eyeshadow palette’s second to none!
