Well executed, and timely for my needs. I need to generate a parametric curve for a 2D spiral. Solidworks refused to accept a more useful equation that biased the spiral to reduce stress concentration at each end, but a linear spiral based on your 'mx+b' example work fine. Thanks for the help!
