I honestly personally feel like Quagmire is one of the most evil characters in Family Guy. His gag was funny in the earlier seasons but now I can't stand how much of a sexual predator is. But yeah Peter does outshine him. Quagmires only confirm kill was that abuser (and he had it coming). Peter just casually murders people on a daily basis now

Definitely. Quagmire is a serial rapist, not only of women, but underage girls too. A monster like him in the real world would receive multiple life sentences, and would be a major target in prison. And he has the nerve to call out Brian when his _own_ actions are far more heinous and depraved, what a hypocrite!

Hey Hank isn’t a bad person. None of what you said about him was true. He is the moral center of the show he is an honest man with simple values who always tries to be fair with the people around. Dale or Peggy should have been there. You guys really dropped the ball on that one.

Hank doesn’t belong on this list. Even the top 10 list mojo put together was biased and taken out of context. Most if not all of the 10 actions were poor judgement calls and not even close to criminal behaviour.

Well, Mr. Krabs was put in the courthouse for stealing his own secret ingredient, but instead of being behind bars, he's forced to watch SpongeBob give away krabby patties for free for an entire day. Which is probably worse than jail for him.
I think it's about time for me to lock up these cartoon criminals and throw away the key and by that I mean never release the criminals

Ok putting Hank Hill on this list over LITERALLY any other adult on his show is baffling I can only think of one time where Hank actually hurt someone and that was a person that tried to get his son to cross an active race track to give him a drink.

I came here to say just this. Hanks not perfect but his reactions are pretty understandable considering the antagonists on the show.
That would be Jimmy Witchard who deserved every bit of that ass kicking and more. Jimmy Witchard also should be up there for his own questionable labor law abuses as a whole.
Dale Gribble should most definitely be up much higher than Hank. I mean he already committed identity theft alone when he stole the real Rusty Shackelford’s alias for years. He’s also damaged other peoples’ properties as well, especially with Hank and his house when he got the property inspector to get Hank’s house under near condemnation when Dale stupidly dug up that tunnel underneath’s Hank’s house and caused floor damage for starters.
Coach Sauers is another one. Giving minors horse crank, which are really steroids when they got injured should be illegal. He also even literally drove a car all over the football field like a mad man and even chased the kids in the same said car in a b-s and dangerous effort to motivate them.
Even Peggy’s worse than Hank. She kidnapped a minor in Mexico and passed off as one of her students. Her own narcissism with her own stunts should’ve kept her in the slammer.
Peggy Hill committed more crimes than Hank even thought about in his life. Put her in jail for the mustard gas poisoning of Arlen and for kidnapping.
These are all 20 cartoon characters (especially Peter Griffin, Eric Cartman, Vicky, Uncle Ruckus, and Hank Hill plus Beavis & Butt-Head) who obviously committed crimes in their own shows.

Making her children (mainly Amity) mean, firing half of Alador's workers when they had the Fire Flu and expecting them to work at the same time, and worst of all, helping Belos commit mass murder, all to make her family royals when they clearly didn't need or want that.

Once she found out what had happened, she did try to get the girl back to Mexico. Dale would be a better candidate than Peggy who has done way more shady/questionable/illegal acts than Peggy ever has.
Like really, the only the you could mark against Peggy is her kidnapping the girl from Mexico...which again, she did completely on accident. And then endangering the public by posting a "cleaning hack" recipe that actually would result in people making mustard gas. But like her kidnapping the Mexican girl, was completely on accident and due to her own lack of knowledge during the incident because she was fully unaware that mixing those specific chemicals could be dangerous.
Homer has been an informant multiple times. He even saved Wiggum's job in the prohibition episode.
The fact that Stan Smith isn't on this list is pretty shocking. He's done many illegal actions and has abused his power as a CIA agent.

I have to disagree with Hank Hill being #15. Some of the reasons he is the way he is is because he was brought by his father, Col. Cotton Hill. Also, he’s been on the other side of criminal activity with various characters that either swindle or take advantage of him even he’s done nothing wrong.
#10 shouldn’t be just Roger. It should be Stan Smith, as well for brainwashing his daughter and using illegal drugs on his own son, and that’s not the half of it.

Speaking of Beavis and Butt-head, the character Carl should also be behind bars for illegal possession of firearms when he showed the titular characters his gun that he brought to school. Which I believe was the same episode that introduced us to Daria, but she might have appeared earlier in the series before getting a spin-off.
While this is a great list, there is one, or more specifically a certain group of people that should’ve been on this list, The Teen Titans from ‘Teen Titans Go!’ cause despite them all being teenagers and superheroes, all of them are awful at their jobs which show that they are more horrendous than the villains they try to stop, their crimes include but not limited to assault, vandalism and destruction, theft, conning, terrorism (yeah they have done that), reckless driving, reckless endangerment, disfigurement, and annihilation, and yet the people of Jump City almost never give a shit on their “heroes” actions
Also this list shows on how almost every cop in cartoons are awful with their jobs, as they just let these characters get away with their crimes even when it is clearly obvious that they need to be stopped.

Master Shake from Aqua Teen Hunger Force should be on this list. He's done a lot of horrible things on his show.
For Bevis and Butthead they do show what they are like as adults in the reboot which is a couple episodes a season if they stayed in the 90’s and grew up

Gideon shouldn't be on the list because he was arrested at the end of the first season. He spent most of the second season in jail before switching to the good side and helping the heroes during "Weirdmageddon." He basically was in jail.

I think you should put alot of characters from family guy on this list.
You should do a Top 10 or 20 List on Beavis & Butthead's Crimes and reckless actions throughout their TV Series.
Cartman has done so much that not only did he deserve to be #1, but needs the electric chair outright.
Given how many crimes he’s committed the chair might not be enough
So basically cartoons, which live outside of the suspension of disbelief by a long mile, contain characters that should be put in jail. These lists have gone from fun ideas to lectures on how society has changed and dated characters cannot contain humor or that you shouldn’t find anything entertaining about thoughts that exist far beyond reality. Watch Mojo really misses the point of cartoons. I never thought it was possible to stretch my leg 10 feet off my body to stay from falling off a cliff.

I feel that Mr. Burns belongs on that list more than Homer Simpson does. I feel that Mr. Burns has probably performed more than twice as many offences than Homer has. There's so many offences Mr. Burns has performed that I found it hard to narrow it down in this comment. Another character who I wanted to see on the list was Zapp Brannigan from "Futurama." Zapp has stalked Leela and kept advancing on her even though Leela has made it perfectly clear numerous times that she wasn't into him, and he even attempted to perform murder. I remember in one episode Zapp tried to trick these aliens into signing a peace treaty that would actually declare war on them. He also constantly mistreats his lieutenant, Kif Kroker. In fact, in one episode, Zapp was piloting the Titanic, but when the Titanic started sinking, he decided to make Kif captain so he could escape. Kif has constantly tried to stop Zapp from doing bad things, but Zapp wouldn't listen. Zapp has performed many other offences as well, and I feel like he is a bigger offender than Bender is, and I find it hard to keep track of how many offences Zapp has performed.
I'm surprised Blooregard Q. Kazoo from FHFIF isn't on this list. The list of horrible things he's done in virtually every episode of that series was unbelievable!!!!!!!!

In regards to Mr Krab’s spot, I’ve recently done a SpongeBob binge and I don’t remember any episode where he poisoned his customers. And in regards to the health inspector, they were NOT intending to kill him. They thought he was a fake health inspector and they just wanted to feed him a HORRENDOUS Krabby Patty and a fly just flew down his throat. The whole shpeal about them murdering him came after the fly flew down his throat causing him to choke and hit his head, knocking himself unconscious and Krabs and SpingeBob thinking they killed him.
This isn’t to knock Mr Krabs from off his spot just something I noticed and wanted to point out
