They are also doing Xc race at Snowshow this year. So I don't know how much of a catastrophe is going to be since they're going to be on both sides of the mountain and the race is going to go through the village. It's going to make this year quite different and I'm not sure what to expect
I’ve gone away from wet /dry lube and gone to wax. Tedious to remove all factory grease but once done just clean with alcohol and air. No rust and not dirt
22:07 same! stock lube on chains is so awful! Had some shifting issues I couldn't figure out, turns out the stock "lube" was so sticky the links were getting stuck when trying to bend around the rivets. I'd rather they sent the chains raw from factory.

Ugh you should never ride that sticky sram factory grease. Yeah its quiet but the airborn dirt and dust stick on contact and it makes it significantly harder to actually remove the factory grease. I know I sound like a huge crybaby but I'm just annoyed by all of the bad habits I used to have and still see out in the world.
5 figures for a "acoustic" bike is ridiculous no matter how you slice it! 200% Mark up? Damn the Italian trip sounds just so wonderful....What happened to Jared's Stash? I use WD-40 sprayed on a rag to clean my chain after I wash my bike.....several Paper towers to get as clean as possible....I keep drying it until no exchange on the paper towel. I don't use water or compressed air to clean my bike....drives water into seals for sure. How many miles do you boys get out of a chain? WD 40 is a cleaner & water displacement substance....I then let it dry before applying my favorite chain lube Squirt eBike. Jeff....stop grooming yourself in front of the camera dude! I know battery life sucks but I'm a Apple Ultra man for sure. I ride alone most the time and if you crash and are unconscious, it will call an emergency Satellite with your location. Another great show!!!!!!
Mountain bikers are notoriously bad about knowing anything about good chain lubricants. And who can blame them, theres hardly any third party (professional) lubrication testing taking place. Im too ashamed to admit what I used to use before educating myself on "what is the fastest, lowest wearing chain lubrication? What do the pro teams use?" The answers led to my current lubrication path.
Climb to descend ratio for the win 🏆

And - here - we - GO!!
WootWoot!!
Sign me up for some ketones!
On my most recent trip my Apple Watch Ultra detected two of my crashes, thankfully I wasn’t hurt.

Will king lentil and bean the cat ever have a cease fire during the Christmas season?

Nice!
As far as watches go, it also has a lot to do with size. I don't care for the massive case trend in watches (smart or otherwise).
Same!
