Since last year, I started a mood tracker as well, because I noticed I had severe mood swings pretty often, and I discovered they were always the week before my menses. I went to my gynecologist and told him about how depressed I felt sometimes and the horrible headaches I had and it turns out I have a hormonal disbalance. Now that I have been treating it for some months I feel much much better. So try seeing a doctor about what you are feeling, maybe it's something similar and your quality of life can really improve. I hope you are doing well Vicky, you look happier in this last blogs 🥰

Vicki, Have you tried Ashwagandha? It's an Indian herb and very safe. It is an adaptogen. You can get it at Lhasa Karnak in Berkeley or Sprouts on San Pablo. You take it as a capsule. It might help with mood. Of course do your research, but I find it's very helpful for maintaining calm, energy, and it also with sleep. Cheers and great job on your studio move-in! ❤
