just wanted to mention, one of our customer was using our webRTC service through out contact center software and on the same time agent was also using softphone connected to their PBX, so sometimes when they are in call on PBX, incoming calls on our contact center gets disconnected because the headphones are in use with softphone

A very good way to begin any presentation is to show an immediate quick example of a final streaming video that features interactive participation from viewers, so we know what the hell you are talking about. Then after we see a demo, we will begin to understand the full capability of the software you are selling.
