I contacted them and was told that I needed to send in a screenshot of my mobile number so that it could be verified, which I did, and was then told that the app wasn't supported in my location! If you’re not going to the post office the parcels need to be small enough to be a Large letter not a small parcel. If they’re the right size then all you need is a large letter stamp and you’re ready to go!
