  • It’s been a long time coming, but Gleno, Ernie and Kenno finally saddle up their trucks, say their goodbyes and head to the bush for the final instalment of LowRange.
The lads set off for the Cullendore High Country, where they begin their adventure taking in scenery to die for, showcasing the breathtaking beauty of the glorious ranges along the NSW and QLD border. Continuing their journey via back roads and tracks, they follow the Condomine River through Emu Vale and Main Range NP, then along more secluded and pristine 4WDing tracks over the Cunninghams Gap to camp by the glorious Lake Moogera.
Taking in a quick overnight stop at the Scenic Rim Adventure Park the trio hit some muddy tracks and then make a quick dash to the coast to catch the ferry over to Moreton Island. From winching a carload of backpackers in a Sorrento, to camping by the ocean with a view to die for, it’s no wonder that Morton Is. is one of QLD’s unsurpassed sand island meccas.
If you love adventure if you love exploring, come along for the ride because nothing beats living the dream travelling the great Aussie bush.

Condamine Gorge which is the start of the great Condamine River it was originally opened up in the 1800s by the locals who now got their Bullocks to drag the wagons full of timber to the local Sawmill.
Cunninghams Gap where you stop to go and have a look at the governor's chair there is a gate now padlockd that particular track has cobblestones from the early days when they also took the timber through with the bulllocks and wagon it actually pops out on the top of the Cunninghams Gap where the truck stop is on the left

We used to drive the full length of Spicers Gap back in the 80s, with no gates to be seen. Same with the Condamine Gorge. Back when life was less controlled and free.

The owners of the park that you were driving around on is Jan and Owen they originally had a small shop which is also the office to their small Park which they had opened up a lot more which is also known as janowen 4x4 and if you go down the road a bit further you've got another one which is called Gordon's Country it has bush cabins camping areas where you can go camping and sightseeing off the tracks but it is also a working cattle station and timber

Nonsense. Depending on the height of a structure, a laser can reach 30 K in a straight line without hitting the surface.
