On April 27-28, 2023, the Academy held the International Scientific-Practical Conference on the theme «Open Government and the New Culture of Administration: Hear, Understand, Act».
At the conference, within panel and plenary sessions representatives of state bodies, leading domestic and foreign experts, scientists, and researchers discussed international practices and domestic experience in implementing the «Open Government», key aspects of the digitalization of public administration, formation of a client-centered service state apparatus, and the new culture of administration.
