I tried the exact same build recently, but experimented with other grenadier weapons since the epg just wasn't workin for me that day. smr and cold war are solid too, softball is hard as hell to use for anything but anti-titan and a-wall
@@knightbewion I personally find the soft Ball the easiest to use after the epg. Try it, it is really fun, especially on maps like glitch where it is easy to gain the height advantages

Personally I love the softball (my main gun), but it indeed is a gun which requires a very specific playstyle that no other gun has, and therefore it can be tricky to get the hang of it.
I've never tried making a something-specific build, but goddamn, thunderbolt is so good for the titan-build meter. If there's even just two titans next to each other, the hit markers the lightning can get you is ridiculous. Firestar is something I use alot as well, mostly on pilots, but sticking a titan, especially in the face, is so good
I'm glad you made a video about this. I get a lot of crap for running cloak but I never camp (which it seems a lot of cloak runners do) and it is very effective against titans.

I’ve always thought that stim was way stronger than all of the other options, including grapple. You struggle to gain vertical height as quickly but the easy/ unpredictable movement and increased health regeneration makes you really hard to kill if you know what you’re doing

Thunderbolt is good for grouped up titans in a corridor/corner but I always just find myself going back to Charge Rifle for that single target damage (and pilot sniping).

I've loved using holo pilot since day one. Nothing is more satisfying than watching someone chase your decoy trying to execute it only to execute them yourself.

I usually run: Car or R-97 with mag extension and the mod that makes it able to sprint while shooting. (can't remember the name of it) or instead of using that I use the mag extension and quick reload. Any grenades Stim or phase shift Ronin or Scorch Ticks or amped weapons Fast regen Neck breaker or the phase shift execution I usually use the R-97 more because for me it's fun to use.
It's fun to be an A-wall with extra boost wall. It's good if there's a lot of enemies shooting at you. And it's especially good when you're being chases and shot at. Drop the wall and shoot away with CAR or epg. People get pissed off because they couldn't kill me properly whenever I suddenly drop it in whilst they're shooting at me. It's also good for annoying titans like tone.
Pulse Blade with Satchels and Ordnance Expert can create for some good japes. Plus, Satchels are really overlooked for dealing with Titans and Reapers.

Stim is by far the most OP tactical in the game, not inly is it a "get out of jail free card" like phase, it also alws you to abuse the physics engine with your gun out (While grappling you cant shoot). Grapple might allow for fast vertical (and horizontal if you slingshot) movement but its trumped by stims unpredictability.
This sounds like a good build for Frontier Defense as well, since there aren't enemy pilots, loads of enemy titans, and you want to be in a titan as much as possible. I don't know if tactical on guns does anything in FD though...

It's hard to listen when the whole time the only thing I can think about is when your gonna stop switching between grapple and cloak. Seriously, it's mind-numbing.
I feel you, i didn''t even unlock the execution that requires you to get cloak executions. But something about using it to sneak up on a giant robot and demolitioning with high explosive weapons and ordnance make it a different experience.
Well no sir imo it's phase shift,just cuz you can go full on aggro and get out if shits steaming,cook your frag or reload while phasing.....and if you know when to change course your opponent is at least a little off track when trying to follow your route......imo. But whatever suits you dude!

There's no one thing he's great at unlike all of the other Titans, save for Ion who is good at everything and has the potential to shut down ANY other Titan without too much hassle if you are playing to their weaknesses. Legion doesn't have that. He just has a gun and a shield.
I’ve been having fun with my holo, Honestly holo is so fun in sweat lobbys just because all of the enemy team is thirsty and so aggressive for kills
Holo becomes scary effective and INSANELY fun when you learn how to properly use it

My go to anti-titan kit for years has been: Cloak, arc grenade, epg, ree, thunderbolt, phase embark, and low profile
I use the epg regularly, so it isn't an antititan weapon for me.

I once shot a satchel charge out of the air while in my Northstar. Coolest moment ever.
I use cloak. Along with the other abilities. I like to have each ability in different classes. Unlike most people I don’t use cloak to camp.

The reason I only use a Grapple and Stim (w/shotgun) is because they can be used anywhere.

Titans can pretty easily track you through phase, and you can't really position with it well
