All that could've been avoided if Carl just listen to Harriet and hire a professional caterer to handle the food but NOOOO once again he had to take the cheapskate route

It would have been a guarantied success if he had hired professional caters, like Harriett suggested, instead of getting the teens involved because he's too cheap.
