it's simple as describe in this video the sir create an object FormData and this object will point out to all of the values even for user information the thing we need to do is just give the names to the input fields and use them in your php file

Thora guide ker den ke ap ne delete_btn ko upload.php wali file me dynamically create kya he, to jab yeh button create doosre page me hua he to is index walay page me ap kese uska click event bana rahe han? Dear Delete button actual mein show toh index.php wali file ke andar he rha hai na ... isliye maine index.php file mein he uska event lagaya hai.
Humne jo bhi HTML ka kaam upload.php wali file mein kiya hai wo baad mein show toh index.php wali file mein he hoga isliye event bhi index ke andar he lagega.

Sir delete file button has security issue, user can delete any file from server by changing data-path value in generated delete buttons html
but user can't be able to write the exact file name because we use rand() function to generate random name of a file.

CHITRANJAN KUMAR for image updation use input type hidden fields and get all old image data then unlink for double uploading then you have your old image backup and concatenate to your new image name Variable and use move uploaded function .... Your new updated image and image name successfully updated ....hope it will help
And your second Error ..bro you have to use core JavaScript to achieve this ....then you can convert code to jQuery... search on stackoverflow....as well as online questions answers forms...
