The irony is that I've been trying to think about how I can do a better set up in my relatively small room and then I looked at the mirror for a moment and it hit me. " Wait a minute, am I not seeing double the distance when I look at an object reflected in a mirror?" BOOM! Started to search the internet to see if I can exploit that phenomenon of physics when filming videos in a small room. And here I am. I think you've just made my life way easier;
Finally! I was waiting for someone to mention mirrors again. I purchased the Stan Winston School dvd called "Mirror Magic" which shows you how to use mirrors for special effects. I really recommend it. Anyways this video also thought me new tricks so thanks!
I was just watching a scene where 2 actors are very close to a wall and I was wondering how did they mount the camera to the wall side, I was sure they dug a hole on the wall to shoot the other actor.. Now it makes sence
Can't wait to try these out! The overhead and extreme low-angle were extremely practical.
Thanks for the creative suggestions. BTW, mirrors also come in handy for bouncing light in tight shoot locations.
Thanks! I'm totally going to experiment with this.
Fabulous! I often find myself having to film in small spaces and this has enlightened me. Thank you.
Great tips. I like the one where you change the background with the mirror. Very clever ideas. Thanks.

Very cool ideas!!! I think I will be watching this multiple times.
This was good. I like the shoot low angles use of the mirror. That's cool 😎. Thank you!
Very creative ideas, thank you very much for taking the time to do this!
The overhead trick - money shot bro! love it
Mirror trick is way cooler than it seems. and that girl has a really beautiful smile. :)
nice trick! I like the stair one, it helps to shoot at a place which is difficult to access
I like all your mirror ideas; thanks for the inspiration as I had not thought of using a mirror as you did! Awesome!
I'll def need to see this again, several times! 😃
Great idea! Definitely gonna try on my next project for overhead shots. Is there issues dealing with words being flipped on the mirror?
I flip it back in post, so no problems. :)
Good I may use these tips in the future
The LOW ANGLE was a great one! thanks for that and Merry Christmas to you all:)
Yuuuupppp!!! I'm pinching pennies. A mirror for all this beats fancy gear! Thank you! Great video!
