I commented on this a year ago, things were really rough then and I was gonna commit. I'm back exactly a year later and I'm on track to graduate high school, I'm taking multiple college classes, I got back in contact with my dad after a few years, and I've been with my girlfriend almost a year! It was rough but it's possible, if you are going through a hard time please don't give up. I know it's cheesy and said a million times but it really does get better later. For once I actually relaxed for once. It slowed time down and I feel like myself again. My life is so busy I don't have time for myself but this felt amazing just meditating to this made me realize I need more time for myself.
I'm studying for a huge exam to decide my sets at my school this really helped me to relax and get my revision on ! also i used the same track back in lockdown 2021 it was a true blessing to hear this
