This video is wildly inaccurate. The video shows ballet drills and warm-ups, not barre workout moves. Most people burn 400-600 calories in a good barre class. Most people burn fat and develop strength very quickly by doing barre workouts 3 times a week.
I have been doing yoga for 6 years last year i was introduced to pilates whose results i found very quickly then later on i got to know about barre workout i found my shoulder looking broad although i loved its quick results now all these three workout made me confused which one to follow or how can i includes all these three in to my routine। any suggestions??
Hey good question! My advice would be to stick with one as your primary workout and try to improve over the course of a few months, or more. The others can be worked in here and there when you want to switch things up. You might stick with barre for a year or so as your primary routine and then go back to yoga for a while if you plateau or get bored.
@@TrustySpotter I appreciate your suggestion but I tried baare workout making me look bulkier from shoulder area that's where my motivation gets down when it comes to baare although online results of baare are amazing in images
