pile four: so much of what was mentioned are things i've talked about with my therapist. particularly how other people's opinions need to stop reflecting my own because that's a hUGE problem i have. my therapist and i have mentioned that, how i have a tendency to go with the flow when it comes to my friends and how i should put my foot down more because there are certain situations where it does more harm than good. the reiteration of that is nice to have, i already feel like i'm on the right track in terms of my healing and it's a nice reassurance that the universe thinks so too.
