Thank you so much for this video! The prices for apartments and homes have skyrocketed so much over the past few year throughout Metro Atlanta. It has made it a challenge to look for somewhere to live that is safe, affordable and convenient to live. This video gave me so much to think about. Definitely priceless gems that have helped me to avoid some roadblocks. I have faith that one day (soon) I will become not only a home owner, but an informed one. Thanks again!

@@phyliciawagner1628 earnest money is not necessarily the same as downpayment money. Earnest money shows the seller that you are serious about following through on your contract with deposit money is usually what helps to get you approved for the mortgage loan
This is really good information. I’m in an extremely competitive market in AZ. Every house sells above asking. I don’t know when to say okay this one because the prices are high. I only have so much saved, approved for so much and need to live though this mortgage will cost more than my rent. I don’t even know where to get that advice from..
