People don't really seem to know this, but the Lions offense isn't just Ben Johnson's baby. Dan Campbell's ideas are all up in this offense, and how he both brought Ben along *and* protected him by taking responsibility for the offense after firing Anthony Lynn was masterclass. He'll never give himself credit, but do not be confused about his coaching chops. Just look at the staff he put together and how top-rate their player development has been.
People seem to forget that Dan was a TE for over a decade, and learned from Parcells and Payton.
MCDC knows ALL aspects of offensive design, pass pro, run game, route concepts.
Guys, great job putting together an entertaining hour during the downtime.

I get that you put Andy Reid at the top but it would be nice to hear what your thoughts on why. Sure we get it, they win a lot. But what about talking about how much his players love him, how he wants people to be themselves, or his constant creativity

As an Airline Captain and a fan, flying these teams was a big let down realizing these guys are nothing but overpaid kids. I’m making a tenth of what they make but have the responsibility of getting their a$$e$ home and not one thank you for getting them home safely.
Guess we all make choices, some better than others.
No offense guy, but suck it up. We all have jobs, and most of us have more responsibilities than we're being paid for. What were you expecting, thousands in tips, applause? They take flights all the time, it's routine. I'd not be surprised if they don't seek you out to thank you.

DeMeco Ryans at #8 with Shane Steichen at #19 is criminal. Think about how wildly the narrative would be flipped if a backup QB made an accurate short pass to his RB in Week 18. Colts would almost certainly win that game, winning the division and bouncing the Texans out of playoff contention. Would anyone in their right mind have DeMeco at 8 and Steichen at 19 in that scenario? Not a chance. So why "penalize" Steichen and "credit" DeMeco for that?
I don't think it's crazy to think of DeMeco as a better HC, but by 11 spots? Brothers, no, not at all.

Big ben retired in 2022. Not 6 years ago lol Sirles. Last game was Jan 2022 in a playoff loss to the chiefs. Also Mackey the vikings traded for Dobbs. He started for the cardinals in the beginning of the season.
As a Chargers fan who wanted to see Sirles get a crack at RT, I have to wonder if the starter stealing his homework was DJ Fluker. He never seemed prepared or had a clue what was going on.

I think KOC will move the furthest this year & next. If he turns Darnold into a decent QB & gets 75% of what JJ got done in Michigan & with us having some possible depth at O line (middle 3) & if not the highest cap space next year top 5, we can build up center & guards, unless one of the late round picks, especially the kid from Boston, hey at 67 I'm lucky if I remember where I'm from. I wish both of you had stayed with the Vikings longer. Jeremiah cuz my Dad was a Husker fanatic. I already was a Twins fan at 8 in 65, painful loss to the Dodgers in game 7. Tony Olivia was my first sports hero. My Grandpa told me about Bud Grant & Joe Kappa, he coached my Dad in 3 sports & he was signed in 56 to the Dodger's farm club as a SS, but chose to join the Air Force, ' for the F-ing money!' I didn't say he was overly bright. He was the fast pitch All-star SS for the SE region of the Air Force fast pitch softball, could hit the shit out of the ball & was an emergency pitcher. I know because at age 7, I had to catch his pitches with a fielder's glove & not wince~. But the time we were done you couldn't see 1 crease in my hand. But if Jeremiah had stayed with the Vikings during his last few years alive, we'd have had something in common. I thought when I became a fanatic Vikings fan in 67 that it'd be something we always had in common. We did till Mick Tinglehoff retired & briefly when Roger Craig was on the team. Boone I just loved the way you played. I didn't get enough time seeing Jeremiah playing. Love the show, I was more interested in dating the head cheerleaders than being on any team, except the golf team in Spain. I've had 4 holes in one, 3 I share on the same course, but different hole with each of my 2 son's & my ex-wife. I taught all 3. My youngest had 3 by the time he was 17!. Love the show & I'd love to hear everyone's all time Top 10 Viking's O lineman' & do they agree Mike Tice was the best O line coach we've had 4 or 5 straight different lineman as All Pro's? Love the Podcast & haven't missed one yet, may not catch it live, since I've got no sleep schedule & Arizona's 2 hours behind, but I always leave a like.

KOC is ok at 12, but if this team balls out he will sky rocket, but we need to consider Brian Flores and how much his contribution will factor towards KOC moving forward. Obviously, KOC has the best situation here by having a SB winning coach on his staff, but also his former DC who just so happened to out coach Beliecheck as a HC back in Miami in head to head matchups and the irony is that Belicheck was both of their HC's lol. I could easily see KOC become an elite HC given the amount of influence and experience he has in B-Flo

I think it's important we all remember this tier list is an opinion from one guy. Was super entertaining to me because it was so wildly different than what we usually hear. I love this show man. Stay humble fellas.
