Satan wanted to be “like” God. He is jealous because it is people that are actually made in the image of God. When Satan tried to tempt Jesus he actually didn’t offer him anything that Jesus didn’t already have authority over by the Father. In the same way according to John 14 we are given authority through Jesus. Demonic and Satan himself didn’t want to listen, demons will try to throw twisted scripture at you and when you give them actual scripture I’ve seen them knock it off. They know their time is short. There is a lot of manifesting going on, there’s also a lot of deliverance going on. All glory to God!
